Explosion-proof measures are as follows:

1, carry out explosion-proof education to improve people's understanding of the significance of fire prevention. Establish and improve mass voluntary fire-fighting organizations and explosion-proof safety systems, conduct regular explosion-proof safety inspections to eliminate fire hazards, and equip appropriate and sufficient fire-fighting equipment according to the nature of oxygen production;

2, seriously implement the building explosion-proof design specification. Workshops and warehouses must meet the requirements of explosion-proof grade. There should be a safe distance between the workshop and the warehouse, and fire water and fire exits should be set up;

3. Reasonable arrangement of production technology. According to the fire risk of raw materials, arrange and select the equipment and technological process that meet the safety requirements. Articles with different properties and interactions should be stored separately. Workshops with fire and explosion hazards should be partially or completely ventilated to reduce the concentration of combustible gas, steam and dust;

4, the production of flammable and explosive substances, must be carried out in closed equipment. For particularly dangerous operations, inert gas or other media can be filled for protection and air isolation. Special measures should be taken to store substances that will burn in contact with air;

5. Take safety technical measures to eliminate the fire source.
