At present, among the 186 faculty members from China in our hospital, 135 are women, accounting for 72.6% of the total faculty members. Dear female teachers,

Spring breeze always caresses the face, and flowers bloom in different colors. On the occasion of the * * th "March 8th" International Women's Day, the school trade unions extend festive greetings and high respects to the female faculty members who have worked hard on all fronts of the school!

Over the past year, the female faculty members of the whole school have fully carried forward the spirit of "self-respect, self-love, self-reliance and self-improvement", devoted themselves to all the work of the school with noble moral sentiments, full work enthusiasm and inexhaustible sense of innovation, and devoted themselves to their duties, quietly cultivated and strived for perfection. There have been 1 female teachers who have won the excellent party member of Peking University.

Two young female teachers won the first prize, the third prize and the best teaching plan prize in Group A of the 10th Youth Education Competition in Beijing universities. There are many female faculty members who stick to the front line of teaching, scientific research and management services and have made extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts. "Although moss is as small as rice, it also learns peony." The University of Economics and Business is proud to have such a dedicated, diligent and excellent team of female teachers!

There are more than 1000 female faculty members in our school, accounting for more than half of the total number of faculty members. It is really half the country that supports the development of the school. It is particularly important to do a good job of female workers. Over the past year, with the support of the party and government leaders of the school, the school trade union has safeguarded the rights and interests of female faculty at multiple levels and from multiple angles by organizing the "March 8th Festival" series of activities, handling the participation and claims settlement of mutual assistance activities for female employees suffering from special diseases, and holding free clinics and fitness activities in traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the joint division of labor organized nearly 20 activities in line with the characteristics and needs of female employees, which were welcomed by the majority of female faculty.
