How to write the headline and subtitle of the work summary?

There are two kinds of headlines, big headlines and small headlines, which are written as follows:

Titles can be divided into official titles and article titles. Title of official document: unit name, time limit, abstract content and text name. If there is no company signature under the title or text, the company name can be omitted from the title. Article titles generally directly indicate the basic points of abstracts and are often used in subject abstracts. Double title is to use the above two titles at the same time, while the general title is the title of an article.

Subtitles are usually summaries. The main title points out the main idea or key point of the article, and the subtitle specifies the content and language of the article, such as "building a new mechanism for farmers to enter the market-the practice and summary of developing rural economy in Yuncheng wheat and cotton producing area" and "strengthening medical ethics and establishing a new medical style-the experience of spiritual civilization construction in Huiqiao Branch of Southern Hospital".
