In 2006, the Institute of Economic Culture was established, under the guidance of Professor Wu Shi 'an, vice chairman of the Education, Culture and Health Committee of the Provincial People's Congress (former Party Secretary of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics), Associate Professor Cao Yushan, Associate Professor Jiang Jingfa, and Associate Professor Zheng Yun, secretary of the Party branch of the International College.
