Relying on the profound foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and the strength of the general hospital, the Rehabilitation Department of our hospital strives for progress and dares to innovate. The successful visit of the Danish medical delegation, as well as the visit and further study of many hospitals at home and abroad and in the province, established a platform for mutual exchanges. At the same time, our department has also sent people to the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, XX Hospital, and the Affiliated Hospital of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for many times for further study. In XX, we sent people to participate in the national "rehabilitation" study class and the "national" conference held in XX. Immediately after the hospital, we carried out clinical work and achieved immediate results. The leaders of the hospital have spared no effort in financial, material and human resources to cultivate talents in multiple channels for our department, reserve technical strength for the development of the department, and laid the foundation for sustainable development.

In XX, our department achieved an economic income of 990,000 yuan, and the annual economic income was 880,000 yuan; an increase of 12.5% ??compared with the previous year. Although it is not perfect, it is still satisfactory.

1. Although there have been no errors in the work over the past year, some personnel have not implemented the operating specifications in place.

2. Due to the large area of ??the acupuncture room, the room temperature is low in winter, which affects the treatment effect to a certain extent. The leader needs to solve the problem when conditions permit.
