Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Printing and Distributing the Guiding Opinions on the Use of Land for Pension Service Facilities

The competent departments of land and resources of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Land and Resources Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the competent departments of land and resources of cities under separate state planning:

In order to implement the spirit of the document "Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Pension Service Industry" (Guo Fa [2013] No.35), ensure the supply of land for pension service facilities, standardize the management of land development and utilization of pension service facilities, and vigorously support the development of pension service industry, our department has formulated the Guiding Opinions on the Land for Pension Service Facilities (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions), which are hereby printed and distributed. Please seriously implement it in light of local conditions.

This notice shall be implemented as of the date of issuance and shall be valid for five years.
