How to take the elevator?

1. When waiting for the elevator, please press the call button in the upward or downward direction you want to go. When the light comes on, you can let go and wait. Do not slap or open the door with your hands.

2. Please do not take an elevator that does not have an elevator safety inspection certificate or that has expired.

3. Before entering the car, you should wait for the landing door to fully open and then see whether the car is parked at the landing. Do not step forward in a hurry to avoid personal injury or death from falling.

4. When entering or exiting the car, you should wait for the car to stop safely, do not crowd, do not stay between the car and the hall door, and do not overload.

5. Please do not make loud noises, fight, smoke, spit, or litter in the car, and please do not lean on the door.

6. Please do not panic when you encounter a power outage or abnormal noise, vibration, impact or other abnormal phenomena during the operation of the elevator. When the elevator fails and stops running, you should stay calm, notify relevant personnel through the phone or alarm button in the car, wait for rescue, follow the instructions of the person on duty, and evacuate the car safely.

7. Preschool children must be accompanied by their parents when riding the elevator. Elderly and disabled passengers must be accompanied by their family members when riding the elevator to prevent accidents.

8. It is strictly prohibited to carry flammable and explosive items on the elevator.

9. In case of earthquake, fire or flood, please do not take the elevator. When the elevator is being repaired, do not forcefully open the door or slap the hall door to prevent accidents.

10. Please consciously take care of the facilities in the car to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
