It aims to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education, stimulate the creativity of college students and cultivate a new force of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"; Promote the transformation of the results of the competition, promote the formation of a new format of "internet plus", and serve the economy to improve quality and efficiency; Innovation leads entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship drives employment, and promotes higher quality entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates.

It is important to take the contest as an important starting point for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, actively serve the local economic development in Hubei, innovate the talent training mechanism, and effectively improve the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial ability of our students.

Third, the requirements for participating in the project.

Entries require that next-generation information technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things can be closely integrated with various fields of economy and society to cultivate new products, services, formats and models based on the new era of the Internet; Give play to the role of the Internet in promoting industrial upgrading and the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, agriculture, energy and environmental protection industries; Give full play to the role of the Internet in social services, innovate the networked service model, and promote the deep integration of the Internet with education, medical care, transportation, finance and consumer life. Entries mainly include the following types:

1. "internet plus" modern agriculture, including agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery;

2 "internet plus" manufacturing industry, including intelligent hardware, advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, biomedicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, new materials, military industry, etc.

7. "internet plus" public welfare entrepreneurship is a non-profit entrepreneurship oriented by social values. The participating projects must be true, healthy and legal, without any bad information, and the project concept should carry forward positive energy and practice socialist core values.

All students in school, students of our school who registered for business within five years after graduation.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) qualification for competition

The contest is divided into creative group, start-up group, growth group and employment-oriented entrepreneurial group. Qualified teams are selected and recommended by secondary colleges to participate in intra-school competitions. The specific entry requirements are as follows:

1. Creative Group. The participating projects have good creativity and relatively formed product prototypes or service models, and the industrial and commercial registration has not been completed before May 3 1 20xx. Applicants must be team leaders and students from ordinary universities.

2. Entrepreneurial group. The industrial and commercial registration of the participating projects is less than 3 years (registered after March 20xx 1 day), and the number of equity investments by institutions or individuals shall not exceed 1 time. The applicant must be the legal representative of a start-up enterprise, a student in an ordinary university or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. If an enterprise as a legal person changes after the announcement of the contest, it will not be recognized.

3. Growth Group. The industrial and commercial registration of the participating projects has been more than 3 years (registered before March 1 day of 20xx); Or industrial and commercial registration is less than 3 years old (registered after March 1 20xx) and has been invested by institutions or individuals for more than 2 rounds (including 2 rounds). The applicant must be the legal representative of the enterprise, and must be a student in an ordinary university or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. If an enterprise as a legal person changes after the announcement of the contest, it will not be recognized.

4. Employment-oriented creative groups. The participating projects have effectively improved the quantity and quality of college students' employment. If the project fails to complete the industrial and commercial registration before May 3 1 20xx, the applicant must be the team leader and a student from an ordinary university. If the industrial and commercial registration of the project has been completed before May 3, 20xx1day, the applicant must be the legal representative of the enterprise, and must be a student of an ordinary university or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. If an enterprise as a legal person changes after the announcement of the contest, it will not be recognized.

In the ownership structure of projects that have completed industrial and commercial registration in the start-up group, growth group and employment-oriented entrepreneurial group, the total number of participating members shall not be less than 1/3. In the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, teachers with scientific research achievements are allowed to participate in the joint venture, and the proportion of joint venture is not less than 50% (the total number of participating members is not less than 15%).

The competition system and schedule arrangement of intransitive verbs

The contest adopts two-level competition system: the school-level preliminary competition and the school-level final competition, in which the preliminary competition is judged by the secondary college and the final competition is comprehensively evaluated by the Culture, Sports, Education and Communication Department.

1. School preliminaries (20xx.04.07-20xx.04.28)

According to the registration notice and requirements of "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, all secondary colleges organize participating teams to submit relevant materials for preliminary examination, and select candidate teams (at least two) to participate in the school-level finals, and submit the selection results to the General Education Department of Literature, Sports and Education before April 20.

2. The school-level final (May 20xx) will be judged by the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Cultural and Sports Education Office, the School-Enterprise Cooperation Office and the College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, and a number of gold, silver and bronze awards will be decided, and outstanding teams will be selected and recommended to participate in the final of the third "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Hubei Province.

VII. Competition Awards

School Finals Team Award: The number of first, second and third prizes accounts for 50% of the number of participating projects, and other participating projects win the winning prize, and the award shall be implemented according to the relevant incentives of the school; At the same time, excellent instructor award, best organization award, best creativity award, most valuable award and most popular award will be established, and the organization and awards of the college will be included in the annual work evaluation.

Eight. Registration procedure

1. Registration time: 20xx March 29th-April 15.

2. Registration method: fill in the registration form of "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the project plan of "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and submit them to the Ministry for statistical summary.

3. Registration requirements: The applicant must be the team leader. Teams must register for the competition and be actual members of the project. The number of participants in each team is not less than 3 and not more than 5. Encourage cross-faculty, cross-grade and cross-professional teams, each team is equipped with a tutor, and each teacher can guide multiple teams. Entrepreneurial projects submitted by the participating teams must be planned or operated by their own teams, and others' projects cannot be borrowed to participate in the competition.

4. Players must register as real students and truthfully fill in their names, colleges, grades, contact information, etc. If they use someone else's name to announce their participation, they will be disqualified once they are found.

The development of cloud medical care, mobile health and big data related technologies has promoted the application and development of various mobile Internet-based medical health apps. In addition, the widespread use of wearable medical health monitoring equipment and the establishment of cloud hospitals provide more convenient and efficient service means for future medical and health services, and also provide technical support for the upgrading and transformation of the medical service industry. However, this round of "Internet+Medical" concept upsurge and investment upsurge did not go deep into the core business of medical institutions-diagnosis and treatment services, but lingered on the periphery of diagnosis and treatment services, such as online registration, online medical service consultation and online pharmacies.

Through the Internet and "medical professional cloud", the service capabilities of medical institutions can be effectively expanded and extended, such as online medical treatment, home monitoring, blood drawing nearby, centralized examination, remote diagnosis and treatment advice, remote surgery and surgical guidance, personalized health management, etc. And fundamentally change the existing medical service model. Therefore, in the face of this situation, our team is committed to developing a medical service-oriented APP application based on the "Internet+Medical" model, focusing on solving the problems people encounter in the process of seeing a doctor and the health problems in daily life.

2 Project content

Project description, the functions contained in this APP are mainly divided into the following X modules, and the following is a detailed description of each function.

2. 1 Common symptoms and drug analysis

This function is defined as search function, that is, users can directly input their own symptoms in the search bar after opening the APP, and the system will search for multiple similar symptoms in the pathological database of the APP according to the symptoms input by patients, so that patients can choose according to their specific symptoms. At the same time, behind the symptoms are all kinds of detailed medication, dosage, cycle and price to solve the disease, so that users can make the most suitable choice according to their actual situation.

This function also has a list of the most common diseases in daily life, and users can query the symptoms and solutions of this disease conveniently and quickly by directly inputting the first letter in this list.

At the same time, this function also includes the drug encyclopedia, that is, all drugs are gathered in this function, and users can directly inquire about the main symptoms, usage and dosage, adverse reactions, contraindications and drug price of a drug.

2.2 Hospital information query

This function should first turn on the location function and locate the user to his city. After positioning, you can view the specific information of all hospitals and pharmacies in the user's city in the drop-down list, which can be sorted according to distance, grade and praise.

For pharmacies, the APP provides the introduction of pharmacy pharmacists, the symptoms that pharmacies are good at solving and the contact information of pharmacies.

For hospitals, the APP introduces the basic information of major hospitals in detail, including the departments included in each hospital, the introduction of doctors included in each department and the detailed introduction of famous departments or doctors in each hospital.

Under this function, logged-in users can evaluate the following hospitals or pharmacies for other users' reference and choice.

2.3 Online medical treatment

The third function, our APP provides an online consulting service. Users can choose doctors in a certain department of the hospital they want to consult. If the user has no clear choice, he can also enter the department directly, and the system will automatically recommend qualified doctors to the user.

In this function, users can communicate with doctors in many ways, including graphic communication, voice call, video call and so on.

Doctors registered in our APP must be registered medical practitioners with the qualification certificate of medical practitioners, and they are all working doctors in major hospitals. Therefore, the online consultation service we provide is not free. We will formulate different charging rules according to the rank of doctors, the popularity of doctors and the communication between users and doctors, which will bring convenience to users and protect the interests of medical practitioners.

Under this function, we provide users with a feedback function, that is, in the process of communicating with doctors, the APP will save all the communicated pictures, words, voices or videos to avoid unnecessary troubles caused by doctor-patient disputes.

At the same time, this function also provides an online appointment function, that is, users can make an appointment with doctors in major hospitals in advance and make a diagnosis directly at the appointed time, thus saving the trouble of registration.

2.4 electronic medical records

Electronic medical record is a special function of our APP. For users who use our APP, every medical record of users, including specific symptoms and solutions, will be stored in electronic files, which is convenient for users to call in the future and provides reliable reference for doctors in the future medical treatment.

The electronic file will also record the user's physical examination status every time, and make statistics according to the physical examination status for many times to form a trend chart, and then the medical practitioners will analyze it, summarize the abnormal indicators, and immediately give solutions, so as to restore the user's various values to stability as soon as possible.

Electronic medical records will also record whether users have any adverse reactions to various drugs, which will provide reference for doctors to use drugs. At the same time, it will also record users' allergic reactions to prevent medical accidents caused by misuse of drugs.

We also plan to connect the data in the electronic medical record with the resident ID card, so that we can use the ID card to read our electronic medical record in various hospitals or medical examination centers, which is convenient and quick and can be called at any time.

In addition, we plan to combine APP with major medical equipment companies, so that patients can transmit the tests conducted by medical equipment to their mobile phones in real time and store them in electronic medical records.
