Subsidy policy for migrant workers

The subsidy policies for migrant workers are as follows:

1, subsidy target:

(1) poor laborers who will be employed outside provinces and cities in 2022 (age 16-60 years old, but under 60 years old when applying for subsidies);

(2) Anti-poverty monitoring objects included in the national anti-poverty monitoring information system (age 16-60 years old, under 60 years old when applying for subsidies, and the risks in the system have not been eliminated);

2. Acceptance conditions: working in the same employer for more than 3 months (including 3 months) in 2022;

3. Subsidy amount: This year, 500 yuan will be given a one-time transportation subsidy for stable employees in other provinces, and the standard of one-time transportation subsidy for stable employees outside the province this year is 1 1,000 yuan.

Persons who meet the above conditions shall bring the following materials to the township or village where their household registration is located before June 65438+1October 3 1 2022:

(1) Copy of labor contract or labor service agreement. If a formal labor contract is not signed, provide proof that poor laborers go out to work. (choose either the labor contract or the work certificate);

(2) proof of social security participation for three consecutive months. If there is no social security certificate, provide a copy of the bank running water or payment bill for three consecutive months;

(3) A copy of the migrant worker's ID card and my bank card (the bank account number of the bank that has not opened an account in this city is required).

Legal basis: Article 19 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

A labor contract shall be concluded in written form and contain the following clauses:

(a) the term of the labor contract;

(2) Work content;

(3) Labor protection and working conditions;

(4) Labor remuneration;

(5) labor discipline;

(6) Conditions for the termination of the labor contract;

(seven) the responsibility for violating the labor contract.

In addition to the necessary provisions stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the parties to a labor contract may agree on other contents through consultation.
