Conditions for applying for veterans' preferential card

First, apply for an allocation object.

Preferential cards are issued to eligible veterans, survivors of martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in the line of duty and survivors of deceased soldiers who registered in other provinces, cities and districts or obtained residence certificates in this district.

(1) Retired soldiers

Retired soldiers refer to the officers, non-commissioned officers and conscripts of the China People's Liberation Army and the police officers, police officers and conscripts of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force.

(2) Survivors of martyrs, servicemen who died in the line of duty and deceased servicemen.

"Three Genus" refers to the spouses, parents (caregivers) and children of martyrs and soldiers who died in the line of duty, as well as brothers and sisters who are under 65,438+08 or over 65,438+08 but have no source of income because they are attending school.

Precautions:

1. If the applicant is under any of the following circumstances, the review will not be passed:

(1) Being removed from the army during his service;

(2) Being deprived of political rights within the time limit;

(3) During the period of serving a sentence, detention or wanted.

2. If the applicant has been subjected to criminal punishment, expelled from China * * * Party membership, dismissed from public office or has other circumstances that seriously affect his status and honor, the Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs will comprehensively consider relevant factors for review.

II. Materials required for application

Applicants should apply for a card before applying for a discount card. If the applicant fails to file a standing card or the basic file information of the standing card is not perfect, he/she should bring relevant information to the retired military service station in the domicile or permanent residence village (community) before applying.

(1) The materials required for my application.

1, ID card, household registration book, discharge certificate or three identification materials;

Recent 1 inch color electronic ID photo with bareheaded front and white background (specification: 352 pixels (width) *440 pixels (height), JPEG format, resolution: 300DPI, size: 20k-50K, 24-bit RGB true color). The head accounts for two-thirds of the size of the photo, and the eyes look directly at the camera. The portrait is clear, horizontally centered in the photo frame, and there is no obvious distortion.

Note: the color electronic ID photo with white background must be a casual photo, and you can't wear military uniforms, old-fashioned military uniforms and other standard clothes, and you can't wear light-colored clothes. Please refer to the photo standard of ID card for requirements.

(2) Materials to be provided for entrusting others to apply.

Entrust others, in addition to the applicant's ID card and photo, should also provide the trustee's ID card and the original written power of attorney (the written power of attorney should indicate the client's name and ID number, the reason for entrustment, the relationship between the client and the trustee, the trustee's name and ID number, etc. , and signed by the client).

The written power of attorney is kept by the village (community) veterans service station that accepts the application, and the photo is uploaded to the system.

(three) the guardian to apply for the required materials.

If the guardian applies on his behalf, in addition to the applicant's ID card and photo, he/she should also provide the guardian's ID card and guardianship certificate, including but not limited to: household registration book, notarial certificate of guardianship relationship, birth medical certificate, or certification materials of the guardian's unit, village (community) neighborhood committee or people's court.

In addition to the above-mentioned relevant materials, other relevant materials required by the applied province should be provided in order to issue discount cards in the province where the applicant applies for permanent residence.

Third, the application method.

(1) On-site application. Applicants (including guardians and trustees who apply on their behalf) bring relevant materials to the village (community) service station in their domicile or permanent residence to apply.

(2) Online application. If the applicant has established a file card and the information is perfect, he can log in to the service platform for veterans through the Internet and submit an application online.

(3) handle it at home. For people over 80 years old, seriously ill, unable to take care of themselves and bedridden for a long time. It is not convenient for them to apply on the spot. I and my family members can contact the nearest village (community) veterans service station to apply at home.
