In view of the resource conditions and industrial development characteristics of each village, relying on the pilot joint-stock cooperative economy of "strengthening the base and benefiting farmers" in eight villages, the model of "branch+cooperative+base+farmer" was implemented to cultivate characteristic planting and breeding industry according to local conditions, which laid the foundation for the development of poverty alleviation characteristic industries. The supporting role of scientific and technological talents. Take improving quality and popularizing science and technology as the breakthrough and focus of poverty alleviation, pay close attention to the education and training of poverty alleviation workers and poor people, and cultivate practical talents in rural areas. Combined with the "Quality Development Project for Cadres and the Masses", 8 special lectures were given to 9 township cadres in charge of poverty alleviation, 3 1 village party branch secretary and 257 members of the poverty alleviation team in villages, including "double promotion of poverty alleviation by party building, beautiful and livable rural planning, cultivation of characteristic industries, and poverty alleviation relocation policy". At the same time, relying on the full-time and part-time teachers of the Party School of the County Party Committee and the business backbones of functional departments such as agriculture, forestry and water, the "Yangbi County Professional and Technical Lecturer Group" was established to carry out mass-oriented training activities of "sending students to the countryside" and "teaching people to fish" throughout the county, so that every household can master at least 1 many practical technologies.
