1. Organizational structure

The organization of a technical school can generally include a school office, academic affairs department, political work department, general affairs department and internship factory (field, store). Schools with larger internship factories and heavier production and operation financial management tasks can add a finance department.

The number of leadership teams at all levels of technical schools can be determined according to the size of the school, including one principal and one to two vice principals, including full-time principal and deputy secretaries of the party committee (general branch, branch)** *Three to five people. Administrative staff and service staff should be strictly controlled, and the sum of the two categories of staff should not exceed 35 of the total number of faculty and staff. For schools in minority areas, remote suburbs, and schools where the school independently organizes the supply of daily necessities for faculty and staff, as well as collective welfare facilities, the staffing can be increased appropriately, but generally it should not exceed 5 to 10 of the total number of faculty and staff. The wages and other expenses for additional personnel in the internship factory (field, store) responsible for production and operation tasks should be expensed from the production income.

5. Some technical schools that set up special types of work (majors) can draw up staffing based on the principles of these regulations and in combination with the actual situation of the school, which will be determined by the school's competent department in conjunction with the staffing department.

6. The organizational structure and staffing of each technical school shall be approved by the school’s competent department in accordance with the principles of these regulations and reported to the local labor and establishment department at the same level for filing.

7. We must actively do a good job in the placement of overstaffed personnel. For schools with overstaffed personnel, the competent departments should supervise and assist the schools to make plans and specific resettlement measures to reduce overstaffed personnel.

8. These interim regulations shall be implemented from May 1, 1986. The "Staffing Standards for Technical Schools (Draft)" issued by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Labor on a trial basis on May 15, 1961, became invalid at the same time. ;
