Lhasa train slogan

"Take the train to Lhasa, see the magical Potala Palace and see the most beautiful Gesang flowers blooming under the snow-capped mountains." In the song of Xu Qianya, going to Lhasa by train will have a unique scenery. I have been to Tibet by car, then by plane, and finally I went to Lhasa by train. It took me 4980 kilometers from Guangzhou to Lhasa, and it took me 53 hours, but it actually took me more than 55 hours to get to the station. It is the longest and most beautiful railway line in China.

If you have a dream of Tibet, you are afraid that flying there will easily lead to high reaction, you are afraid that private cars will take too long and cars will be too tired, but if you want to realize your dream of going to Tibet, then taking the train is the best way. The train is the safest means of transportation, and you can meet many friends who go to Tibet on the train. Everyone is heading for the same destination and a group of people who yearn for Tibet. After driving for dozens of hours, you can already meet a group of friends with the same hobbies.

Take the train to Lhasa, pass through the loess high slope, cross the Gobi Desert in Lanzhou, and formally enter the Qinghai-Tibet railway section from Xining. The train runs on barren land. Tibetan antelope, wild yak and brown bear can be seen everywhere outside the window, and Hoh Xil is just outside the window. Looking up, Kunlun Snow Mountain and Qinghai Lake passed by. Namco flows quietly in the front, over the Tanggula Pass at an altitude of 5,230 meters, and you will see completely different scenery on both sides of the train, with snow-capped mountains on one side and Qinghai Lake on the other.

Line 1-6 needs to change to an aerobic train in Xining, so there is no need to worry about the lack of oxygen in the train after entering the plateau. There is oxygen on the train, and the train will really go from Xining to Tibet.

It is called Tianlu, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway in Han Hongge's Tianlu. It is the highest and longest plateau railway in the world, and it is also a veritable landscape road. It starts from Xining in Qinghai in the north and ends in Lhasa in Tibet in the south, with a total length of 1.956 km. It enters Qinghai from the edge of the Loess Plateau, crosses the Qaidam Basin, runs through two uninhabited areas of Hoh Xil and Qiangtang in northern Tibet, crosses the Tanggula Pass at an altitude of more than 5,200 meters and goes straight to Lhasa, Tibet.

First stop: Xining station

Almost all the trains from the plains gather in Xining, where they change to aerobic trains to go to Lhasa. Starting from Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, it is more than 2,200 meters above sea level and passes through Qinghai Lake, which is the favorite of many cyclists and rides by the lake with unique scenery. On the south side of Qinghai Lake, there is a Sun Moon Mountain Pass with an altitude of 3,500 meters. It was here that Princess * * turned to look back and shed tears of homesickness. Only by crossing this mountain can she enter the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the scenery outside the window will immediately make her feel that the world is vast and far away.

Second stop: Delingha Station

Delingha is more than 2900 meters above sea level, which means golden world in Mongolian. The poet Haizi wrote what he wanted to say to his sister in Delingha.

When the train passes Delingha, I feel the desert Gobi written by Haizi, and maybe I will feel that kind of sadness and loneliness.

When you leave Delingha, if you are not sleepy, remember to look at the scenery outside the window. The scenery along the way is very beautiful, including plateau lakes and plateau Gobi. On the way, we will pass by Chaerhan Salt Lake, which is a famous salt lake. It is the largest salt lake in China, with a salt reserve of 654.38+10,000 years, and more than half of the country's fertilizer raw materials come from here. Not only is the material rich, but the scenery of Chaer Salt Lake is also beautiful.

Third stop: Golmud Station

Golmud at an altitude of 2780 meters is a special reminder. After arriving in Golmud, the most beautiful and spectacular part of the train to Lhasa came, and all the places it passed were famous places. Those who want to see the scenery or take pictures in the car should be vigilant. When you come to Golmud, you will first see Kunlun Mountain, the ancestor of Wanshan Mountain. Kunlun Mountain bears almost half of China's ancient myths, and mystery is synonymous with it. What will it feel like to see Kunlun Mountain in front of you? Only those who have experienced it know. The scenery on both sides of the train is snow-capped mountains that don't melt all year round. If it is daytime, you will see blue sky, white clouds and snow-capped mountains. The picture is really beautiful.

After passing through Kunlun Mountain, the train entered the famous no man's land in Hoh Xil, with an average altitude of more than 4,600 meters. In the no man's land of Hoh Sicily, you can see many precious wild animals, such as Tibetan antelope, wild yak, brown bear and even wild wolf.

Keep walking and you will enter Tanggula. At this time, if you listen to the sound of the train and go to Lhasa, you will feel more.

When the train passed Tanggula Mountain, the scenery was really indescribable. There are vast snow-capped mountains and grassland deserts on both sides, and a railway passes in the middle. The afterglow of the setting sun reflects the shadow of the train running on the Tanggula Mountain viaduct, which is a bit lonely and desolate and has a sense of heroism.

Fourth stop: Amdo station

After passing through Tanggula Mountain, the train will enter Qiangtang no man's land at an altitude of more than 4,800 meters in northern Tibet. Qiangtang no man's land is as mysterious as Hoh Xil no man's land. The film tells the story of a man and a bicycle walking through Qiangtang no man's land in 77 days, which is adapted from a true story. Making this film is a great sacrifice.

Fifth stop: Naqu Station

After crossing Qiangtang no man's land, you will arrive at Naqu Station, where the altitude will gradually decrease, and you will pass Nyainqentanglha Mountain, next to Namtso, which is popular all over the network. Here, I want to say that Nyainqentanglha Mountain and Tanggula Mountain are not the same place. Tanggula Mountain is located on the border between northeast Tibet and Qinghai, connecting Kunlun Mountain. Tanggula Mountain means "the mountain on the plateau" in Mongolian, and it also means "the mountain where eagles can't fly".

Nyainqentanglha Mountain is located in Dangxiong County, Lhasa City, Tibet, with the highest peak at an altitude of 711m, and it is covered with snow all year round. After crossing Nyainqentanglha Mountain, it will go straight to Lhasa, the terminal.

Sixth stop: Lhasa station

Did you sleep or watch all the way to the terminal?

Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, is 3,650 meters above sea level and covers an area of about 32,000 square kilometers. Lhasa has the title of sunshine city, which is enough to see how strong the ultraviolet rays are here. Lhasa is one of the first national historical and cultural cities. When you come here, you can feel the local conditions and customs that you can't feel when traveling in other places.

1 accommodation

It is suggested that you can choose hotels or homestays near Jokhang Temple in Barkhor Street. Living in a homestay is very local and the price is not expensive. If you spend more than 100 RMB per night in 200 yuan, the price can be further discounted in the off-season.

Living in this area, you can better feel the Tibetan customs and the charm of this thousand-year-old city. At the same time, it is convenient to travel here. Barkhor Street is a shopping street, which is a good place for shopping and taking photos.

Jokhang Temple is next to it. If you want to enter Jokhang Temple, we suggest inviting a local tour guide to 300 yuan. It will be much more interesting to be explained by a guide than to visit by yourself. Without a guide, you will lose your understanding of this sacred place. After Jokhang Temple, it is the city of Lhasa. Look at so many people in the square outside Jokhang Temple, and you will know that this place is really unusual.

Step 2 attract

There are many places to punch cards in Lhasa. Go to Barkhor Street and turn clockwise to pray for your family. Go to Jokhang Temple Square to feel the most devout faith, and if you are interested, you can also participate in worship; Go to the park behind the Potala Palace and take a landscape pattern above RMB 50 yuan. Go and drink a pot of authentic sweet tea, a cup of highland barley wine and a bowl of authentic beef soup.

If you have enough time, you can go to Linzhi first and then return for 3 days. Linzhi is the lowest altitude place in Tibet, also known as Jiangnan in Tibet. You can see the scenery of G3 18 National Highway, Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, the largest canyon in the world, and if you are lucky in Linzhi, you can also see the most beautiful snow mountain in the world-Nange Bawa Snow Mountain.

1, Potala Palace, a landmark building in Tibet, is also the largest and most well-preserved ancient palace complex in Tibet. It is said that half the gold in the world is here.

Yang Zhuo Yongcuo, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, is like a blue ribbon on the plateau.

Namco marks Tianmen, which is called the most beautiful destination in Tibet.

4. Basongcuo, the oldest influence of Tibetan Buddhism.

5, 40 glaciers, a fairy tale world in heaven

6. Sapu Mountain, an undeveloped new land among network celebrities.

7. Kong Rinpoche is San king of the hill and is known as the center of the world.

8. Ranwu Lake is the pearl of Sichuan and Tibet.

9. Zada Tulin, the most desolate place in Tibet.

10, the highest peak in the world, Mount Everest.

1, butter tea, 2, yak meat, 3, Ciba, 4, highland barley wine, 5, Tibetan noodles, 6, air-dried meat, 7, Tibetan fragrant pig, 8, yak yogurt, 9, Lulang stone pot chicken, 10, Lhasa sweet tea.

1. Starting to take rhodiola about a week before entering Tibet can increase the oxygen content in the blood. Remember to take it in advance. Altitude sickness is invalid in Tibet!

2. After arriving in Lhasa by train, remember to do two things first: First, go to a nearby drugstore to buy a small bottle of oxygen for standby, and buy some quick-acting anti-altitude sickness drugs, which are only sold in local pharmacies. Second, you will be very tired by train. Have a good sleep and let your body recover.

If you feel chest tightness, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing, it is altitude sickness. If the symptoms are not very serious, don't take oxygen first to avoid dependence. You can take anti-hyperreflexia drugs first.

Try not to wash your hair and take a bath on the first day in Tibet. If you really want to wash your hair, you should blow dry it in time.

Bathing in the Tibetan Plateau can easily lead to hypoxia and colds, which can lead to serious high reaction!

5. Drink plenty of warm water. When you come to Tibet, you must remember to drink water at any time. It is very dry here, and drinking water can also reduce the chance of high rebellion.

The above five points must be remembered. After all, the plateau area is different from other places. In order to have a pleasant and fulfilling trip to Tibet, it is correct to pay more attention and prepare!

1, remember to bring high-intensity sunscreen products, and sunglasses, hats and jackets must be brought where ultraviolet rays are super strong;

2. You must bring your ID card. Many places in Tibet need security checks. Without an ID card, it won't work.

3. If you want to go to Ali area and need to apply for a border card, you can do it at the local police station;

4. Take photos in Tibet, if the photographer needs his permission;

5. Respect local customs and don't touch children's heads.

Going to Lhasa by train is a wonderful feeling. As a backpacker who has traveled more than half of China, I like to make more new friends during my trip. What impressed me the most was that when I returned to Guangzhou by train from Lhasa, I only had a hard seat, which lasted for more than 50 hours. Starting from Lhasa, most of them are tourists in Lhasa. Everyone talks about Tibet and interesting things about traveling along the way. A sister from Gansu told the story of her entrepreneurship in Tibet. No one has a 24-hour break. We talked all the way to Gansu. Only then did someone get off slowly.

I remember when I changed trains in Xining, thanks to a big brother from Henan who helped us with our luggage and a little girl from Hubei who went to Tibet alone, she left me a big bag of snacks when she got off in Wuhan. Back in Guangzhou, I felt my feet were light when I got off the bus, and it took two days to return to normal.

Although it is very hard to have a hard seat for more than 55 hours, the experience of this trip has given me many precious memories.
