"The Decision of the Kunming Municipal People's Government on the Abolition of Some Government Regulations and Normative Documents" has been issued in 2010 It was discussed and adopted at the 172nd executive meeting of the Kunming Municipal People's Government on December 3, 2019, and is hereby announced and shall come into effect on the date of issuance.

Kunming Municipal People's Government abolition of some government regulations and normative documents Decision

In order to maintain the unity of the legal system and comprehensively promote administration according to law, the municipal government has comprehensively reviewed the currently effective government regulations and normative documents. After cleaning up, the municipal government decided to abolish the following government regulations and normative documents:

1. Kunming Urban Private House Repair Planning and Management Measures

Explanation: The higher-level law it was based on has been abolished and has been replaced by the "Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China" that came into effect on January 1, 2008.
