How to write an invitation card

1. Necessary information of wedding invitation

The wedding invitation printing company will provide many samples for the couple to choose from, but many of them need to be provided by the couple. The following eight items are indispensable information in the text of the wedding invitation, and the couple should prepare them in advance.

2. Newcomer appellation

In the text of Chinese wedding invitations, the names of new couples will be given corresponding titles according to their ranking at home. 4. Parents' life

According to traditional culture and education, marriage is the fate of parents and the words of matchmakers, so the invitation is issued in the name of the couple's parents. In ancient times, marriage also needed the approval of Gaotang. Today, if the grandparents of the couple are still alive, the words "Cheng Yan Ling", "Cheng Yan Ling" or "Cheng Yan Ling" should be added to the names of the "four elders" in the wedding invitation, indicating that the marriage has been approved by the grandparents and announced by them. Usage is as follows:

5. Special treatment in the next paragraph

The next paragraph of the invitation is usually signed by both parents of the couple, but in the face of special circumstances, such as parents' death or divorce, the following treatment can be done.

Parents divorced: write both names as usual, but the mother's name does not need the husband's surname.

One of the parents of this couple has passed away: there is no need to add his name to the invitation.

Both parents of the couple are dead: an uncle, uncle or brother can post in their name, or consider posting in their own name. Just change the beginning of the post to "We hereby order ..." and the next paragraph will be changed to the name of the bride and groom.

6. Telephone format

7. The necessary format of the invitation envelope

For peers and the younger generation.

Relationship between unsealed words and recipients:

Qi Jun: Suitable for elders, bosses or teachers.

Too angry and atmospheric: suitable for the recipients to be peers.

Rev: suitable for the younger generation of recipients.

Remember, if you want to post to a married female elder such as aunt, the recipient should give priority to your partner, such as uncle's full name, rather than aunt's name.
