5. Construction drawing design stage.

2. Organize construction drawing design review.

3. According to the review opinions, modify the construction drawing design documents and submit them to the competent department for approval according to the affiliation.

6. According to relevant national regulations, conduct land measurement, land acquisition and demolition, prepare construction land applications, declare land to the soil management department, and obtain construction land qualifications.

7. Organize construction, supervise bidding, and sign construction supervision service contracts.

8. Apply for the construction permit and enter the construction stage.

9. After the project is completed, the construction unit applies for handover acceptance, and if the acceptance is passed, it will enter the trial operation stage.

10. When the conditions for completion acceptance are met, the construction unit shall apply to the transportation department to organize completion acceptance. After the acceptance is passed, the project will be officially put into operation.
