2) Exerting force: Exerting force is mainly in the future. In the later stage, you should relax your arm properly to avoid the decrease of boxing speed. If you use a lot of force all the time, your movements will be very stiff. It doesn't take too long to give strength after hitting the sandbag. According to our coach, it is "Don't push it" because many newcomers like to "push" sandbags.
3) Whole body coordination: Every time you punch, you must pay attention to the whole body, because although the punch is the arm, the strength comes from the whole body, especially the rotation of the legs and waist.
4) defense: don't close your eyes, keep your jaw down and your hands up.
5) Breathing: You must exhale when you hit, that is, in many training videos, you see the mouth making a "hiss" sound like spitting. This is a mistake that many novices and I will make at that time, that is, we often don't breathe at the moment of punching, which is very bad. It is not only difficult to maintain physical strength, but also may hurt our lungs.
6) Footsteps: You must move your feet. In addition, if the speed, strength and body balance cannot be met at the same time during training, you should give priority to ensuring body balance.
Then there is the practice method. I learned some simple combination punches and legs at that time, and these basic training combinations should be found in places like Youtube/ Youku. I remember that the coach emphasized that the newcomers should relax. At first, they would rather play weakly than ensure the standard of movements. The practice method is that every time they hit the combination, they will hit 3-8 times, take two breaths back, and then repeat until they stop and rest for about a minute, and then continue on.
