"If you are afraid, just look up to the sky or into the distance. Don't stare at your eyes."

I tried it and it really works.

Looking at the high and low houses and trees in the distance, I am just a little closer or farther away from them on the big pendulum. And this swinging, insignificant distance is insignificant compared to their real distance from me.

This relatively slow movement calms oneself down, as leisurely as swinging on a high-altitude swing.

2. If you are afraid, do a few more laps and you won’t be afraid anymore.

The first time I went to Disneyland to ride the Speed ??Light Wheel, I was so scared that I didn’t even dare to open my eyes. When I came out, I saw myself in the system photo with my head closed and my eyes closed. It was very funny.

A friend next to me said: Did you see the light next to the track? Did you see the lines when the two cars intersected?

This time, I bravely opened my eyes and appreciated the beautiful lines of the motorcycle as it slid and the light effect when it intersected. .
