The night I came to Anshun happened to be Wednesday, and I needed to host a reading program. Anshun buckwheat bean jelly is very suitable for summer, and it is also one of the local specialty foods. I asked if the wrapped rolls were sold out, so let's have a bowl of buckwheat bean jelly. I saw the proprietress skillfully scraping the bean jelly, and a bowl of powder was generated after a while.

This kind of flour product is very suitable for this summer. Spicy and delicious, very refreshing. It is rich in ingredients and seems to have more kinds of side dishes than other places. More is flavored with homemade kimchi and other foods.

Now let's talk about this spicy chicken, which comes from the old state and has a history of more than 600 years. The passage of time did not take away the inheritance of this dish, and many people found the taste of home because of this dish.

Later, I learned that the chili of Jiuzhou spicy chicken must be Karin chili named after its spicy and juicy meat, and made into a thick and bright "Zanba pepper" with a green mortar. Chickens must also choose a red rooster with a red crown and golden hair, which is free-range in Tunpu, with rapeseed sesame oil squeezed by local people and red garlic, turmeric and green pepper fried locally.

As for the way to eat, you can eat directly, or you can play hot pot and wash vegetables. Most locals eat hot pot. In order to taste the flavor of spicy chicken, we decided to taste it directly. The taste is really special, which is different from ordinary spicy chicken and has a stronger oily flavor.

After tasting buckwheat bean jelly and spicy chicken, I wandered around the street, looking for Anshun's ice paste ice powder, which is a kind of delicious food that can be seen in the streets of Anshun. Sure enough, after dinner, I walked around the streets and found this small shop.

I ordered a mango smoothie and my little friend ordered a peach smoothie. After tasting, I found that mango tastes better. This taste has never been tasted anywhere else. That is to say, if I leave Anshun, I may not be able to eat this taste. The production of fresh fruit is flavored with the taste of the fruit itself, which is richer than smoothies, with a little taste of rice pulp, which melts in the mouth and is very colorful.

Although it's past nine o'clock, many stores have sold out of burritos. But we still found a famous shop nearby, which specializes in making burritos. His Ji * is wrapped in a roll. I was interested when I saw this name, because my surname is He, too. I asked and decided to have a taste.

It seems that the material used is slightly different from the silk doll, which is rolled with dough, and this one is more like rice skin rolled in the south, with a slippery taste. All kinds of shredded vegetables are added to the secret sauce in the shop, which is made quickly and many people come to eat it. Even if it's almost ten o'clock at night, you need to queue up.

This kind of Anshun "wrapped roll" is similar to Guiyang silk doll, and it is basically a bite when eating. Personally, the taste is similar, but each has its own flavor. Comparatively speaking, although the silk doll is a famous traditional food in Guizhou, my personal taste seems to be more inclined to the taste of Anshun.

After visiting several shops, it was past ten o'clock in the evening, so I rushed back to the hotel to prepare for a rest and make full preparations for the next day's trip.
