Moreover, because the tooth flower sticks to the teeth, the mouth is prominent, and the upper and lower oral mucosa are exposed to the air, which is not only dry, but also often stuck by braces, and the oral wall is simply terrible.

At the beginning of wearing braces, the front teeth didn't work at all, so all the food that needed front teeth to bite was completely insulated from me. Even bananas need to be cut into small pieces with a knife and put in your mouth, and then bitten open with big teeth. Now I have basically forgotten what apples taste like. And in order to avoid knocking out the tooth flower, many hard things can't be eaten, such as nuts and duck neck bones. Once I was greedy, I went to chew the duck neck. Who knows that I pulled out all the braces on my upper teeth and had to spend another 200 yuan to re-glue them.

At the same time, in the process of wearing braces, I deeply realized the importance of carefully cleaning my mouth with painful experience. I have been following the doctor's advice and brushing my teeth carefully after every meal, so there is nothing wrong with my teeth. Later, because of many things, I didn't want to brush my teeth, and I felt that I had no luck. However, it was later discovered that my gums had shrunk badly and had obvious black triangles, which was simply ugly. Although I cleaned my mouth more carefully later, the black triangle never went down. I wonder if I can get better with braces.
