You can't apply to join the party at the age of seventeen. Seventeen years old is a minor in China, and party constitution clearly stipulates that you must be at least eighteen years old to apply for joining the Party. According to the articles of association of China Producer Party, the conditions for joining the Party are as follows:

Workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and other revolutionaries who have reached the age of 18 in China;

Recognize the party's program and articles of association;

Willing to join the party organization and work actively in it;

Implement the party's resolutions;

Pay party dues on time.
