The Giant Buddha was designed and produced by the inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage, the vice president of Fujian Arts and Crafts Masters Association and the master of Putian Shengxing Craft Lin Shengbiao. 1997 started construction, and was unveiled by four places on both sides of the Taiwan Straits 108.
