Dinner is usually light, mainly salads and stir-fried dishes, because the meat dishes in the canteen at noon basically meet the nutritional needs of the day, and eating non-greasy dinner can prevent obesity.

2, snack fruit: snacks are not only bad for the body, but also bad for the skin! But I prefer spicy strips and occasionally buy something to eat. I must satisfy my desire once in a while, otherwise the cost of snacks will far exceed my imagination! Fruit is essential, and the fruit in the company canteen can be basically satisfied at noon, but if you want to eat it at night, it will be much cheaper to go to the nearby farmer's market to buy fruit. There is little difference in nutritional value between supermarket imports and farmers, as long as they are fresh. I don't drink this stuff. I don't drink milk tea even if there is sugar.

3. Daily necessities: Except for those issued by the company, all of them are online bonus hunter, but they buy whatever they are short of, and they only buy 1-2 months, and never hoard a lot of goods. Don't buy it just because it's cheap, buy it when it's necessary and when it's reduced!

Everyone has a different definition of happiness, but my happiness is to see my savings grow more and more, and my room is full of things I really need, not sundries.
