(4) Surface particle spraying: PU topcoat (BSPM0423) mixed with EPDM particles (all-weather EPDM particles with aging resistance and discoloration resistance) is evenly sprayed on the upper surface of the black rubber base (spraying for 2-3 times) with a special spraying machine, and the particle layer must be flat and uniform; The surface layer is wrapped with EPDM rubber particles, which makes this part more durable. (5) Scribing: Use BSJX045 1 white topcoat, and spray the movement line according to the design size to ensure uniform line width, consistent color and no false edges. 3. Construction method (1) 13mm breathable plastic track laying construction technology adopts two-step construction method. Laying thickness of black rubber particle bottom layer10-11mm. After curing, a mixed layer of EPDM rubber particles and top coat with a thickness of 2-3mm is sprayed on the black rubber particles.
