Talk about your understanding of anime or animation. Points will only be given if the number of words is more than 200.
First of all, I want to make it clear that I did not write this article to prepare for the exam. But I really wanted to find a place to talk about my thoughts on Chinese animation.
Logically speaking, a young boy like me who studies animation has no right or qualification to say this. But as a strong Chinese, I have to say a few words about Chinese animation.
China is an ancient civilization with a history of five thousand years. As a Chinese, we have many things to be proud of. First of all, our country has a long history that is unmatched by many countries in the world. Four great inventions and four great masterpieces. We are even more proud of China's traditional Chinese medicine, pottery, silk tea, and China's famous mountains and rivers, etc. Not only that, the Chinese people also used their own strength to defeat the great powers and created many miracles such as two bombs and one satellite under very difficult conditions.
But why hasn’t animation grown in popularity in recent years?
The younger age of animation:
When it comes to animation, in the hearts of Chinese people, nine out of ten people will think animation is childish. (Because only children watch animations) If I tell others that I like animation, most people will look at me differently. They all look down on me from the bottom of their hearts. Don't let others tell me, I can tell it from the look in my eyes. Because of this special hobby, I haven't made a single friend since the third grade. Everyone stayed away from me, looked at me with ridicule and said there was something wrong with my IQ. (You are so old, but you still like to watch cartoons that only children like?) I believe everyone thinks so now! laugh.
The teacher also talked about the younger age of animation in class. China was influenced by the educational animations of the former Soviet Union. Then I don’t understand. It’s also an Asian country, so why hasn’t Japan been affected? And the impact is deep-rooted. I think it might be more than just these! I don't want to say more about this issue.
Let’s take a step back and think about it, even if the animation is specifically for children. But how many animations do children see? In this regard, I did another related investigation. I found some children I didn’t know or were relatives of and asked them one by one. . The result is that I have seen it, but not much, and they are all leftovers from our age, and some of them are not as much as I have seen. I told my teacher about my findings.
He actually smiled and said: "How can they compare with you."
(It means, this is your major. People still have to learn, how can they compare with you? What? )
Me: "..."
Most of today's children have no energy to read because of their heavy learning tasks. There are also parents who are afraid of affecting their children’s learning. It delays the child's future. The children who were pressed did not dare to look.
Everyone understands the principle, but it is very difficult to actually implement it. I won’t talk about the distant ones, but let’s talk about Teacher Li and Teacher Hao in our animation class. I believe their children should be at the age of watching animation! They should know as much about the truth as most parents, but I don’t believe it. When they go home, they see their children watching cartoons without doing their homework. I wonder what they think and whether they can still do it. Can you sit down? Not to mention supporting or taking the initiative to watch it with me.
In fact, people are all the same. When things don’t happen to you, it doesn’t matter. When it comes to himself, he will call it true more than anyone else!
Having said that, I have to ask. Who is watching Chinese animation?
Kindergarten children? After all, he is a child and his energy is limited, so he cannot watch much.
Teenagers? few! After all, there are not many enlightened parents.
Like me? Yes, yes, less! There are even fewer things to talk about (the same language about animation). Besides, they are still busy! In addition to pursuing what can be pursued, there is also the need to create human beings. The remaining people are still busy supporting their families! Do you have the energy to watch animation? After all, there are only a few like me.
For example:
People ask me, how many people are there in your animation class? I said over fifty.
(To put it nicely, how many am I? Haha...ridiculous!)
I think I really came to study because I like animation. I’m afraid I’m the only one! Most of them are either for a diploma. After all, a diploma from a junior college is better than one from a high school.
Or maybe they are just here for fun, as the teacher said, their families have plenty of money. Even if he doesn't do anything, his family can still support him. Or it’s for money, because they see the money side of animation, but don’t see other aspects of animation. Or for some other reason, I'm right.
They have no feelings for animation at all, even those who study seriously. For those who want to engage in this industry in the future, I think they will at most regard animation as a career. If there is no special reason, I don't think they will last long in this industry. The animation looks interesting though. In fact, animation is very boring. If I were the boss of an animation company, I would really think about my company. I would never dare to use these people. If you think about it carefully, how terrifying it would be to let a group of people who don't even like watching animation make animation! This is like a chef who doesn't even like to eat food. Will you feel safe eating the food he cooks? Animation is more than just doing it. You also have to put your own feelings into it and move yourself with your feelings first. Only the animation you create will have vitality, and will it continue to convey this emotion in its own unique way.
Over thirty years old? I think they are either professional animators, or they have abnormal brains, or they are endangered nationally protected animals that are no more rare than the national treasure giant panda.
In fact, Chinese animation is not as bad as people think. What I want to say is that China still has some good animation works.
For example: My favorite puppet animations: "Afanti", "Dalin Xiaolin"...Anthropomorphic animations: "Black Cat Sheriff", "Shuke and Beite", "Blue" "The Big-faced Cat", "Beckham's Wanderings"...Character categories: "Brainless and Unhappy", "Big-Headed Son and Little-Headed Dad"...Adventure Categories: "The Sloppy King", "The Rubik's Cube"...Fantasy Category: "Elf Century"...Mythology category:
"Journey to the West", "Zhu Bajie Falls from the Sky" and some cooperation with some foreign animation companies, such as "Little Mouse on the Prairie" ”, “Space Cowboy”, “The Ring of Magic”, “The Monkey King’s 59th Expedition”...
I don’t agree with the country’s practice of blocking foreign imports in order to protect domestic products. Although it has effectively created a market for Chinese animation, I personally think this is the same as parents who love their children too much and put them in a "hothouse" of their own creation. No comparison. This is different from the old Iron Boss and Electric Boss. What's the difference? Without competition, Chinese animation will decline sooner or later, because they don’t have to worry about this, there is a country! Children will one day leave their parents and go their own way. When Chinese animation adapts to the Chinese market, it will have to leave the protection of the country. It will be like a flower that has left the "greenhouse" and will be ravaged by the storm outside. This will only harm Chinese animation. Besides, there are very few people in China who watch animation. With such protection, even fewer people will watch animation. It can be seen that China’s animation market is not getting any bigger. So the future of Chinese animation is within reach! I hope the government can stop this stupid behavior soon. Otherwise, if you really wait until you regret it, it will be too late. It can be said that there is no future for animation in China, because according to the current situation, it seems that nothing will change in the past ten years. What's the use of having good animation? No one is watching! If no one cares about it, it means there is no market. If there is no market, what will you eat?
China’s animation industry seems to be booming, but in fact this is all superficial. If you really think Gao Gao is very prosperous, it's because you haven't really seen other people's prosperous scenes. Compared with others. Look at other people's, and then look at ours. I don’t need to say anything more about the result, you should know it! Good or bad is determined by comparison. If you can't compare with others, just block them and keep them to yourself. Again, there is no future.
I have no other intention in writing this paper. I just want our Chinese animation to be better. Mention some of my own opinions.
