Car tire replacement steps?

There are six steps to changing a car tire.

1. Check tire failure. Before changing a tire, you should check which tire is faulty. Generally, tires need to be replaced in the following situations: the tread pattern of the tire is deeply worn; Tire nailing causes serious air leakage; Tires are badly worn and so on.

2. Remove the wheel. First, loosen the wheel fixing screws with a wrench. Generally, there are five or six fixing screws. Don't take it out after loosening, lift the vehicle to a suitable height, take out the screws, and then remove the wheel from the hub.

3. Tire preparation process. Deflate the removed wheel, remove the balance weight from the rim, and then separate the tire from the rim with a tire scraper.

4. The tire picker picks up tires. Use a tire scraper to separate the inner edge of the tire from the rim, then put the prepared wheel on the tire scraper, clamp the tire with the tire scraper, then insert a crowbar into the gap of the tire, and use the pedal to control the rotation of the wheel to separate the tire from the rim, thus removing the tire from the tire scraper.

5. Put on new tires. After the old tire is removed, put the new tire on the rim along the direction, then fix the removed tire on the tire scraper in the same way, and put the tire into the rim by manually assisting the wheel rotation of the tire scraper. Inflate the tire after installation. During the inflation process, you will hear the tire exploding twice, indicating that the tire is in place.

6. put the wheels on. Install the wheel with the changed tire on the hub and tighten the screws. Adjust the tire pressure of each tire, reset the tire pressure, and finally test drive.
