The most terrible thing is not to stay up until one or two o'clock, but to be unable to sleep after reading the novel.

3. Insomnia Sometimes I can't sleep at night because I sleep too much in the afternoon, or drink coffee or tea. If you have habitual insomnia, you should pay attention. This is a disease and should be treated!

4. Watch TV or movies. It is said that delicious food must be eaten, and good-looking things must be seen immediately, otherwise I always feel that something is missing in my heart. Then you will be surprised to find that ten alarm clocks can't wake you up.
