Talk about value and worthlessness.

Many people are troubled, shrouded and bound by the sense of worthlessness, and they can't live.

Sense of worthlessness is a kind of persistent and even profound self-denial.

In order to resist or expel this sense of worthlessness, people will constantly struggle, work hard, try their best to do things, and achieve so-called success in the secular world, so as to make themselves feel valuable.

However, we will find, or have a personal experience, that success in the secular world, whether it is money, reputation, status, wealth, family or beauty, is short-lived.

They may bring us happiness and good mood for a few minutes or days, but they will soon fall into the sense of worthlessness in the vast world and universe.

For many years, I have been like this myself. Tasting a deep sense of worthlessness, constant struggle, proof and constant disappointment.

In this cycle, my life energy is consumed, and my life direction is becoming more and more confused. The whole person often falls into depression, depression, panic, anxiety, confusion, entanglement and despair.

Recently, I have seriously thought about and faced my sense of worthlessness. I see, the so-called sense of worthlessness means feeling worthless.

Behind this feeling of nothing is deep fear. It seems that what kind of person we must be in order to condense ourselves into human existence, to live in this world and to live happily.

So we always want to be what we try to be. It seems that there should be a reference system and coordinate system in the world, and we should use this reference to define our living position and feelings. When we reach a certain benchmark, we will feel good; If we can't reach it, we will deny ourselves and suffer.

But the reality of life is precisely: we are nothing! Humans don't have a standard framework or concept definition to define us.

All the benchmarks in the secular world, the so-called success and value, are the concepts of the mind. What kind of tangible, changing and transient standards can define our rich, infinite and eternal life? Real life is much bigger, much more and different than any secular experience and standards we have experienced. Infinity is greater than, greater than, and not equal to the so-called human value in our minds.

There is no standard to define our life, but we have to define what we are in the world of mortals. In other words, we should define our true, infinite and eternal self with illusory, short-lived and limited conceptual standards, which is a contradiction and conflict in itself, which can never be done or realized. This is the root of worthless pain.

For example, how much money you earn is valuable, and is it worthless if you don't earn it? You are valuable if you live long, but worthless if you live short? It's valuable to have a job, but not to have a job? Your health is valuable, but your unhealthy is not? Having a partner is valuable, but having no partner is worthless? You are valuable if you have children, but not if you don't have children? If you have a house, it's valuable. If you don't have a house, it's worthless. You are valuable if you have a car, but not if you don't? ..... In the secular world, these things can be listed more.

The word value itself is the concept of mind. Is illusory. It is absurd to measure a life by value, which is far from Tao.

Every life is self-sufficient, self-complete and self-perfect. The existence of life is beyond value or without value. Everything in the world of mortals is created and expressed by our hearts, which can be experienced and tasted, but it cannot be defined by concepts.

If you have to say value, then value means that you can stay quietly in your own state and situation and taste your own life experience. Furthermore, a safe, comfortable and happy person is valuable, and a person who accepts his true self without hesitation, expectation or sadness is valuable.

The essence of life is not everything we see and experience on the surface. We are the static background behind us, the background that created all this, and the background that undertook all this.

One night, I couldn't sleep, so I sat at my desk and scribbled on the paper. After painting, I looked at my painting quietly and suddenly realized something.

Some of my paintings are regular and some are irregular. Whether neat or messy, I saw their background, that piece of white paper with a white background.

No matter how beautiful and messy the paintings are, they are all painted on this white background. Even if the strokes and lines have covered the white background, the white background is still offline, and it exists quietly without moving.

What is truly eternal is the background of the picture, which is spotless white. You can draw anything on it, whether it is regular or messy, it makes no difference to the white background, and everything in the painting is equal.

Perhaps the significance of growth and practice lies in seeing that white background, and returning to that white background is the noumenon, which is empty.

I have had hemifacial spasm for more than a year, and all kinds of treatment have not improved. Before, I fell into deep fear and felt humiliated and not good enough. But now I'm slowly accepting. I saw that this spasm was just a picture I drew on a blank. It's not my nature. It doesn't affect my nature of being motionless and comfortable.

The Diamond Sutra says that there is no me, no me, no sentient beings and no life. Without me, where is the worthless subject?

The so-called sense of worthlessness is just an idea, an idea, or a feeling, and it does not have self-nature. It's just a picture we drew on paper. It seems that there, we can also feel the taste, but it's not. The true self is behind the white background.

If we have to return to value from the sense of unworthiness, or find the sense of value in life, it is to go beyond all the superficial experiences of life, the road we have traveled, the picture of life we have painted, and then see the deep background behind us, the white background and the background bearing everything. We are the background.

As for whether the painting on the background is neat or messy, beautiful or ugly, regular or disorderly, it is meaningless. All paintings are equal, all you want to experience and all you want to paint.

In our life, it is best to remove the word value from our thoughts and concepts. Be a happy person, live a silly life, live a simple life, bring happiness to others, do one thing at will, help others, make an objective contribution to the world, and it doesn't matter if you don't make a contribution. That's good.

My value is to write these words with your heart, and your value is to understand these words and become more acceptable to yourself. Let yourself feel at ease, relaxation and happiness are values.

If you are serious and crush yourself to think about the sense of value in life, well, you might as well go to the wilderness and shout at the sky and the wilderness: Fuck the sense of value! Fuck off!

Let's all be happy! Hahaha!
