What warm-hearted things have HR in your company done?

The employee care of our company is basically done by the administrative department. From the perspective of employees and manpower, let me talk about the warm heart in my personal eyes:

1. We all know that there is a lot of rain in the rainy season in the north, often in waves, and some employees often forget to bring their umbrellas. Therefore, the administrative department bought more than 40 umbrellas and put them in a fixed area. Employees who need umbrellas take them themselves, and don't forget to return them.

2. In order to make employees work in a more comfortable environment, our administrative cleaning aunt will clean it twice every morning before and after work, and colleagues' administrative staff will clean employees' refrigerators regularly (Friday afternoon), so that employees' refrigerators and microwave ovens will never smell.

Every employee in the company has two birthdays, one is personal birthday and the other is employee birthday. During these two days, they will receive exquisite gifts from the administration department and the human resources department.

Also, I remember that my work clothes were worn out, but the factory asked me to wear work clothes, so I had to go to our personnel department. I think they will definitely punish me or sue me. I didn't expect hr to give me two sets of clothes enthusiastically, saying they were free.

I'm really touched. After all, I'm a new employee and I'm not related to him.

Besides, he speaks kindly and has never been the kind of person who stands on top.

Another time, my brother was unemployed at home, and I took him to the personnel office with a try. I didn't expect him to come, so I asked my brother to come for an interview the next day and went to work a few days after the physical examination. I think the hr in our company is really good.
