How to make nougat?

The preparation method of nougat is as follows:

1. Prepare all the ingredients first and weigh them in advance.

2. Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it over low heat.

3. Completely melted butter.

4. Pour marshmallows into melted butter.

I still have a small torch to melt the marshmallows to the extent shown in the picture. I think both soft and hard are suitable.

6. Then add milk powder and cotton candy and mix well.

7. Peanut crumbs are baked in advance. Nougat is always baked in the oven 100 degrees for 5 minutes in advance. In order to heat them, they can be better blended with cotton candy.
