Kindergarten practice week?

This is the second week of my internship. Today is a special day, Teachers' Day. First of all, I wish all teachers a happy holiday.

During this 10 day, I received a lot of goods, gained a lot of insights, became more familiar with the overall work of kindergartens, and deepened my understanding of the educational tasks of kindergartens. At school, we have long been accustomed to the school schedule and the role of being educated by others. After going to kindergarten, the daily process still needs to adapt for a while before it can go smoothly. Moreover, when I stand on the post of educator and teacher, I know that my responsibility is more important. I am happy, dignified and responsible. These are all necessary professional qualities for kindergarten teachers. I am responsible for my children, I am serious about my work, and I work hard in practice, so that we can truly experience knowledge.

In the process of getting familiar with children in these two weeks, I found that calling children's nicknames (nicknames) can help children reduce separation anxiety. Children are the essence of work. Therefore, the first thing I do is to understand young children. I asked their names and nicknames one by one in the morning. I find it better to call them nicknames than first names in kindergarten, because it will make children feel very friendly, especially for these small classes. Children in small classes are prone to separation anxiety. Calling them by their nicknames in the garden will make them feel at home, increase the intimacy between children and teachers, and help reduce separation anxiety.

From the fourth week of internship, I feel that I like my work here more and more. I used to like it, but it's different now.

"Kindergarten teacher", although there are many beautiful light rings around the name, is very heavy, because she must be caring, patient, careful, enterprising and responsible, so she must pay double love, which is not something everyone can do. In kindergarten, there are twenty-eight children in the class. Faced with so many children, it is almost impossible not to leave every one behind. However, I am willing to accept this challenge. I hope every child in the class can get equal care and love.

During this time, our class organized a parent-teacher conference. Through this parent-teacher conference, I got a preliminary understanding of the process of the parent-teacher conference and how to communicate with parents. Let parents know the real situation of their children in the park, which can help parents better carry out family education. When the parent-teacher conference has not officially started, teachers can have simple communication with parents. For example, children's self-care ability and learning ability. And put forward some requirements and suggestions to parents as appropriate. At the parent-teacher conference, in addition to informing parents of recent major events, we should also give appropriate praise to the performance of some outstanding children, and at the same time point out the shortcomings and propose ways and means for individual children to improve. At the end of the meeting, summarize the contents of the meeting and thank the parents for their support. Between teachers and parents, children are the bridge of communication. Only by paying attention to children and understanding them can teachers give correct feedback to parents. Children's development is constant, whether in kindergarten or at home. Therefore, the organic cooperation between home and home can make children develop well.
