Which cities in China are the best places to see snow?

I think the places that are more suitable for seeing snow scenes may be places in the northeast, such as Harbin, Dalian and Heilongjiang.

Friends in the north may not expect so much from snow, but friends in the south are full of countless yearning for snow, just like me, a girl in the north, who has long been used to it.
