I think the reason for this accident is that people's safety awareness is not strong because of Vietnam's backward economy. Many places want to develop rapidly and ignore the importance of safety. For example, this worker has a strong sense of safety, so he can't carry out maintenance work without power failure, nor can ordinary wires, let alone high-voltage lines.

Now that the deceased has gone, the Vietnamese government should pay attention to safety issues and provide more safety training and education to the people, especially those engaged in high-risk occupations.
