Suitable for ordinary people, there are Fujiazhuang, Golden Beach, Silver Beach, Xinghai Park, Xinghai Bay, Bangchui Island, Haizhiyun Park, Xiajiahe and Daheishi.

Fujiazhuang, Golden Beach and Silver Beach are all very close. It is recommended to go to Golden Beach and Silver Beach in summer. There will be more people in Fujiazhuang. Compared with the farther Golden Beach and Silver Beach, there are fewer people and the water quality is good, but there is no direct bus. It takes some time to drive eastward from Fujiazhuang along Binhai Road.

Xinghai Park and Xinghai Bay are relatively average, and the water quality is not very good.

The transportation of Bangchui Island, Haizhiyun Park and Haizhiyun Park is very convenient. Take bus No.31from the railway station to reach Haizhiyun Park. The water quality of Banghammer Island is very good, and the beach is very comfortable, but the traffic is inconvenient. There are no buses there.

Xiajiahe River, Daheishi River and Xiajiahe River are all shallow, so there is no danger to swim there, but don't swim there in peak season, because the water quality drops rapidly after swimming in peak season. The water quality of Big Blackstone is OK. It's far from the city and the air is good. But there are rocks under the sea floor, which are easy to scratch. If you go, you should pay more attention.

Jinshitan Gold Coast Bath

Located in the center of Jinshitan National Tourism Resort, it stretches for 4.5 kilometers with soft sand and clear water. In 2005, it was rated as the "3S" tourism demonstration base in Dalian in summer, and it is one of the best beaches in Liaodong Peninsula. Xinghai park bath

Xinghai Park, located in the middle of Dalian Xinghai Bay Scenic Area. The coastline is more than 800 meters long, with a total beach area of 4 1 000 square meters and a total beach area of 22,000 square meters. The beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles. At high tide, the water depth is less than two meters not far from the shore; The water depth is about 4 meters and 350 meters from the shore, which can reach 1000 meters from the shore. Fujiazhuang Bath * National Health Bath *

Fujiazhuang Park, located in the middle of Dalian seaside scenic spot, has hills at both ends of the bathing beach, the hinterland in the middle is flat and open, and the coastline is east-west. The coastline is 450 meters long and the average beach width is 3 1.5 meters. Because it is far away from industrial areas and medical areas, there is little seawater pollution, soft water and sand, and the square is wide. The bottom of the bathing beach is steep (commonly known as the bottom of the pot). The water depth in the middle of the bathing beach is 100 meter away from the shore, which is deeper than that on the east and west sides. At half tide, the sea water can reach about 3.5 meters, and the thing is only more than 2 meters. The nearshore of the seabed is gravel, and about 100 meters away is rock. The surface water temperature here is low and changes gently. The average water temperature in the middle and late June is 15-16, and it can reach about 20 degrees from July to September.

Bangchui island bath

Located in the east of Dalian seaside scenic spot, the beach is 75 meters long and 35 meters wide at low tide, with a total beach area of 26,200 square meters. At full tide, the beach width 16.2m and the beach area 1.2 1000 m2. The beach is composed of even pebbles, with clear water quality, no pollution and stable tidal current, and the water depth is less than 2m at half tide. The slope from north to south is very steep. At half tide, the water depth on the north side is about 10 meter, and that on the south side is only about 3 meters.

The bathing place is surrounded by rolling hills, dense trees, steep cliffs, elegant environment and beautiful scenery. Baths are fully closed, with complete service facilities such as changing clothes and showering.

Jinshatan seaside bath

Located in the west section of Binhai Road, Dalian (near Xinghai Square), near Fujiazhuang Bath. The seawater is blue and transparent, and the water quality is excellent. The artificially screened fine sand beach is soft and pleasant, with high human comfort index.

Bus route: No.702 and No.5, and get off at Yinshantan Station. The taxi fare near Xinghai Square is about 10 yuan.

Haizhiyun park bath

Donghai Park (now renamed as Haizhiyun Park), built at 1999, is located at the easternmost part of the northern seaside scenic spot in Dalian, with its banks adjacent to the Yellow Sea. The park covers an area of 460 hectares and has unique scenic spots and sculptures. The total area of offshore bathing beach is 35,000 square meters, and the seawater depth is 0-13m. The water quality is excellent and pollution-free, and the beaches are mostly pebbles.

Xijiahezi Beach

Dalian is the Bohai Strait in the north of Ganjingzi District, about 16 km from the city center and 1.2 km from the coastline. The biggest feature here is that the beach is wide and flat, calm, soft and even, with fine sand and silt. Tens of meters offshore is only waist deep, which is very suitable for beginners to swim.
