The fun of business travel

I like business trips

This is a simple and crude confession

For me, business trips are the only way I can relax during and outside of work. time.

Usually in the morning, the alarm clock rings. I open my eyes and turn off the alarm clock. After squinting for a while, I can’t cope with the tight schedule of going to work and having my children go to school. Finally, it becomes difficult. I open the curtains and open the windows to ventilate, dragging my sleepy eyes. The body goes to boil water, brush teeth and wash face, then goes back to bed to wake up the dazed baby, then dresses her and listens to a story, and then the baby wakes up. Then wash the baby and have breakfast. After grandma sends the baby to school, I go to work by myself.

After going to work, not to mention clients, processes, plans, data, meetings, and contracts, the only chance to take a breather is to secretly have a cup of coffee with colleagues to complain, and then go home to eat, read a book or play with the baby.

What goes around comes around.

Business trip, for me, allows me to break away from my current work and living environment, go to a strange place, give myself a breather, see the scenery of different cities, and meet people in different cities, even in the streets. The auntie selling tea eggs in the alley is all fresh.

Going to an unfamiliar project, watching the same project being operated by different people, attracting investment and operating, and seeing the same brand presented differently in different cities, is a kind of learning.

When I am on a business trip alone, I watch the endless flow of people at the station, coming and going, happy or sad, anxious or leisurely, it is all scenery. After getting in the car, plug in your headphones and listen to music, watching the scenery passing by is also relaxing.

When a few people go on a business trip and put aside many things at work, they can relax, find delicious food and go shopping, and then complete the work together, which is also a joyful thing.

Because most of them are on business trips in surrounding cities, they basically go back and forth in one day, in a hurry.

When night falls, I rush back with a heart in my heart. The bus stops at the platform and I get on the bus home. My heart has also completed a journey.
