I spent some time in CSU, and I have a superficial understanding of the operation of the community. I feel that our community and society have changed a lot in the past two years. The situation is much better now than when I first joined the CSU, so I won't say much about the excellent aspects. I believe many people have seen it. Now I want to talk about some humble opinions on the problems existing in our school's associations, hoping to attract more attention.

To put it bluntly, there is a test mountain.

Why can the management case analysis contest of management association get so much attention from the school?

Why can it be held for 7 years in a row and become a reserved project for judging experts this year?

The reason is simple-they have the support of official institutions such as the School of Management, which can provide mentors, technology and funds for the association.

Therefore, they have reason to become a special association and win the title of "Top Ten Associations in Zhejiang Province".

Take a step back, not to mention such a big step. After all, there are not many clubs that can get the support of a branch. Let's talk about meridians. Their "Midday Night" has been held for many years and its influence is growing. It can be said that Meridian has formed a brand.

Their family culture is also worth learning and learning from every community, including the HKCSS.

Moreover, they also have a mentor (like an old Woods who stays in school), who can be the core of screenwriters, directors and even actors, unite all the forces of society and lead Woods to work in one direction.

As an instructor of a club, he has professional knowledge and skills, and more importantly, he has enthusiasm and responsibility.

I believe Meridian will make greater progress with this help.

On the contrary, due to the lack of support from all sides, the operation of many sports clubs is not smooth. For example, some sports clubs may also be related to the actual situation of our school. The Youth League Committee can't get some sports venues for these clubs, so many sports clubs have been cancelled or transferred to the military department because of operational problems since my freshman year.

At present, the sports department has table tennis, badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball, fitness and backyard clubs (also a form of student associations). Compared with them, our tennis association, basketball association, football association and table tennis association are all pale and powerless.

Because they (we) can't provide our members with necessary operating funds such as venues, equipment and training.

Therefore, it will inevitably lead to the bleak management of the community.

How to seek such support for the development of the association has also become a problem that the association and social groups should consider together.

2. The work of mass organizations has not been institutionalized.

Although students' associations are established spontaneously according to their own interests and hobbies, they are relatively free, but in order to better develop the associations, there should be a set of relatively perfect management methods in internal management and operation.

Managing the association is not only a matter of HKCSS, but also the responsibility of the association itself.

Take a very simple example-the general election of the leaders of the associations. How many associations can truly follow their articles of association that "the chairman of the association is elected by the general assembly"?
