Therefore, Weilai established FMEA Committee (covering CFMEA, d FMEA and PFMEA) and Safety Committee (covering seven safety fields: function, machinery, collision, battery, network, high voltage and chemistry) to be responsible for the quality of early design and strengthen the early identification and prevention of risks. In addition, according to Ma Ying, an expert in quality management of automobile supply chain and senior director of quality management of Weilai Partners, in terms of parts quality control, Weilai professional supplier management team began to control the access of suppliers, and Weilai quality team also participated in the supplier's product quality advance planning process (APQP).
