A few days ago, we visited Lugou Bridge in Fengtai, Beijing, and the spectacular sight made me unforgettable.

Finally arrived. After getting off the bus, we went to the alley leading to Lugou Bridge. The decorations in the alley are exquisite. After a walk, we finally saw the Lugou Bridge. I can't wait to see the little lion. Those beautifully carved lions came into view, and some looked up at the sky; Some eyes are focused on the bridge deck; Others lean sideways as if to say something; It seems to be calling softly. There is a stone lion in the south-east of the bridge, and one ear stands high, as if listening to the sound of flowing water and the conversation of pedestrians coming and going under the bridge ... it is really changeable and lifelike. World famous bridge has its own strengths, but Lugou Bridge is famous at home and abroad for its superb bridge-building technology and exquisite stone lion carving. This is a miracle in the world at any time.

It is this great spectacle that reminds me of the "Lugouqiao Incident" and the fierce war with the Japanese army at that time. I can't help but burst into tears when I think of the wonderful moment when heroic soldiers didn't sacrifice their lives, defend their homeland and the motherland in the Anti-Japanese War.

Later, we came to the Anti-Japanese Heroes Memorial Hall, where many glorious deeds of heroes in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression were recorded, which made me even more moved and shocked.

As soon as we entered the hall, we saw several huge statues, which were lifelike, as if they had brought us into the war years. Those cold-blooded and cruel Japanese troops slaughtered countless revolutionary martyrs, but we in China did not admit defeat, did not fear, did not shrink back, and moved forward forever, and finally defeated the Japanese army. This war has made us in China feel proud.

Think about us now, we have no worries about food and clothing, and we live in peacetime. We really can't understand the hardships of people at that time. We only know that carefree life is hard to come by, but we don't think much about how it is hard to come by. Those heroes who died suffered too much. Have we ever wondered why a little Japanese dares to invade the vast China? Because China is backward, "backwardness will be beaten!" This is the fundamental reason why the Chinese nation is bullied. Therefore, we should study hard and serve the motherland when we grow up. Learning is not a burden. This is a sign of our true patriotism. Don't talk about patriotism, but prove it with actions.

I think we must remember that our new China was founded by revolutionary martyrs with blood and life, and we should cherish it, but I hope that there will be no quarrels and wars in the world and we will live in peace with other countries. I am grateful for all the happiness today, and I will remember the pain I felt after visiting Lugou Bridge all my life. Therefore, I will always urge myself to cherish today's happy life and strive to create a happier tomorrow!
