What do you mean by body, mouth and heart? How to visualize when saluting?

There used to be a bhikkhu, a tower dedicated to Buddha's hair and nails. Excuse me, Buddha, the merits of his dedication. The Buddha said, "Bow once, and the most basic merit will be the area under you, until the throne of the wheel is above the land of King Kong with all the dust." The wheel king is not an ordinary throne, nor is it a wheel king once or twice. Therefore, it is incredible to bow to the Sambo guru and the buddhas and bodhisattvas at one time. During the ceremony, the visual part was covered. Visualization is one of the practices of Tibetan Buddhism. Master nan huaijin once said: Visualization is not the delusion of the sixth consciousness, but the status quo of the sixth consciousness, the root of the seventh consciousness and the image of the function of the eighth consciousness. There are also 84,000 ways to visualize, and different methods of practice are chosen because of different human foundations.

Whether it's a big gift, a small gift or a bow, we should be harmonious in body, mouth and heart, bow down and bow down, recite scriptures and praise, and be pious, which is called "harmony ceremony" for short. We often mention the three ceremonies and the closing ceremony. "Sanmen" here refers to two kinds of body and mouth meanings, one refers to one's own body and mouth meaning, and the other refers to the body and mouth meaning of the gift object. "Harmony" also refers to two types of harmony: harmony itself and harmony with the gift object. 1. Self-harmony refers to self-harmony. Bow in the bow ceremony, recite the scriptures of the guru's bow ceremony, meditate on the guru in your heart, and achieve the unity of body, mouth and mind. On the other hand, you are bowing your head, not chanting in your mouth, thinking in your heart that the three goals of body, mouth and heart can't be achieved. This is not a complete bow, and you can't achieve the merits of karma.

Second, harmony with the donor means that one's body and mouth are in harmony with those of the donor. When he bowed his head, he put the guru's vision in the air overhead. The bowler stands upright on the image, feet together, hands folded, respectfully raised to his chest, and then hands folded to his forehead. At this time, the word (a) on the guru's forehead, which is opposite to vision, shines with white light on his forehead. At this time, his career disappeared, and he bowed to the guru's body and prayed to be added as a gift. Then, when you put your hands together in your throat and visualize the word "om" in the guru's throat, it shines on your throat. At this time, your mouth is clean, and you bow to the Buddha and pray for being added. Finally, when you put your hands together in your heart, look at the guru's heart with blue light and shine on your heart. At this time, your career is clean, and you bow to the will of the Buddha and pray for being added. You bow to your heart, and your career is clean. Then you spread your hands, crawl on the ground, and press your hands on the ground. When you drop your forehead on the ground, you want to eliminate the karma of the five poisons and purify them since you didn't start robbing. When you get up, imagine that your body and the guru's body are one, your mouth and the guru's language are one, and your heart and the guru's heart are one. You correspond to the guru's body and mouth, so you can meditate and bow repeatedly. Eventually, your body and mouth will be one, and you will truly be in harmony with the guru.

Bow to the deity, meditate on the deity's ceremony before bowing, then bow at the bow, hold the deity's mantra orally, and visualize the deity in your mind. This is your own body, mouth and heart. In the void above my head, the word (a) opposite the guru's forehead shines white on my forehead. At this time, my karma disappears, and my body and I become one; Then, when you put your hands together in your throat, imagine that the word (om) in your throat glows red and shines on your throat. At this time, your mouth is clean, and your mouth and mouth are one; Finally, when you put your hands together in your heart, you visualize the word "bang" in your heart, and it shines in your own heart. At this time, your career is clean, and your heart and your heart are one. When you are deeply convinced, you will eliminate all unclean karma, and you will achieve five kinds of achievements. Bow your head to your heart and think with your heart.

Different sects have different methods of visualization, so there are many methods of collapse visualization, each of which is slightly different. Let me briefly talk about the method of visual collapse:

1. visualize bodhi body by yourself: that is, the body is upright, the feet are close together, the toes are open, and the hands are fixed, and visualize your body as the universe. All the five senses of the universe are in our bodies, and then you can see that you are an immortal bodhi body;

Second, the concept of hands is ten degrees: the five fingers of the right hand are counted from the thumb, representing five paramita such as giving, forbearance, humiliation, diligence and meditation. The five fingers of the left hand, starting from a small index, represent strength, compassion and willingness to contribute to the wisdom of paramita, and step into the bodhisattva land at ten degrees. The convenience of the right hand and the wisdom of the left hand are combined into one, that is, from the door of convenience and wisdom, the color body is achieved. The right hand is secular bodhi and the left hand is bodhi;

Third, ten ruyibao: put your hands together, like a lotus, put your thumb in your palm, and watching is a magic weapon. Ten times represents ten degrees higher than Prajna paramita, and also represents all beautiful, precious, auspicious, clean and dust-free sacred objects in the world, which are dedicated to all buddhas, bodhisattvas and gurus. Accumulate supreme merits and blessings;

4. Visualization influenced by the quilt: When the hands are folded on the head, visualize offering wishful treasures to the bodies of Buddha, Bodhisattva and guru. The word "A" on the foreheads of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Gurus shines white light on their foreheads, thinking that all the evil deeds your body has done, that is, unhealthy and bad behaviors, are blessed by the Buddha, that is, the happiness of the Buddha;

5. Visualization that the mouth is covered with a quilt: Then, when the mouth is closed in the throat, the wishful treasure and all the beautiful things are dedicated to the language of the buddhas, bodhisattvas and the guru, and the words (hum) between the buddhas, bodhisattvas and the guru glow red in his throat, hoping to eliminate all the evils created by his own language and get the 60 witticisms, merits and witticisms of the buddhas and bodhisattvas;

The intransitive verb is endowed with mental visualization: when the mind is closed, it is compassion and wisdom to enshrine the wishful treasure and all the beautiful things in the hearts of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Gurus, to visualize the word "white" in their hearts, to remove the karma in their hearts, and to be blessed by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas;

Seven, eliminate the concept of five poisons: spread out your hands, crawl on the ground, and press your hands on the ground. When you drop your forehead on the ground, you want to eliminate all the karma created by the five poisons since you didn't rob, that is, to overcome your arrogance and gain the wisdom of the Buddha;

Eight, cut off troubles, visualize: the left hand is wisdom, and the right hand is convenience. Put your hands on the ground and push forward hard, that is, cut off 84 thousand troubles with the sword of wisdom, and then cross all sentient beings to the other side by boat and raft;

Nine, exorcism meditation: the whole body is flat on the ground, hands are straight, and gestures of stupa have been made. When you wear it on your head, imagine that you have been blessed by the buddhas, bodhisattvas and gurus, which is harmful to us. They are all four demons, namely, monty, yin (also known as cloud), sexy demon and death. Push hard today, that is, expel the four demons, which is harmless;

10. Open the door of liberation and observe: After getting up, open and retract your hands, assist your body, stand up, and observe the thousands of people in front of you who are harmful to our enemies, the father on the left and the mother on the right, surrounded by all sentient beings in the six divisions and three realms in the wheel of karma, and bow to countless buddhas and bodhisattvas at the same time. I am willing to do my best to open the door of liberation and prove the fruit of the bodhisattva. Some books say that you can choose one or two of the above ideas, and you can observe them according to law, which has endless merits. In addition, there is a secret idea that the right hand is the starting point, the left hand is the proof point, and the second hand is the same, and the maturity is separated. There are five smells in the main vein of the right hand and five smells in the branch vein of the left hand. Two kinds of fragrance are combined into one, and the two kinds of fragrance converge in the heart, achieving the way of double entry. This meaning is very deep. You can ask for a formula in front of your teacher. When reciting this mantra, you can attach a compliment or recite it around the tower, which can be thousands at a time.
