3 production steps

(1) The size of aluminum-plastic plate is 122*244. Calculate the size and use it reasonably. Don't waste it Wallpaper knife is used to cut out the appropriate size,

Take the customer's pattern to the art department, engrave it with instant paste and paste it on the aluminum-plastic board. (2) According to the font and size of the characters, the distance of punching holes in the center of the characters with a pen is 1.5-2cm. Run around the lamp distance of 3cm and master it flexibly. The denser the lights, the better the effect. Can also be made into hollow characters, the effect is better. (Pay attention to the crossing distance when ordering)

(3) Punch holes with a flashlight or engraving machine, and clean up the burrs after punching.

(4) Install the lamp according to the mode (+,-) (+,-) for later connection. Make sure the light is in the proper position.

(5) After installation, apply half glue on one side of the lamp bead for easy connection. The picture below shows the connection of running lights. The lamp corners can be fixed together, but they should be firm, and it is best to finish welding.

(12) The welding time of LED shall not exceed 3 seconds. (It is best to use a constant temperature soldering iron with grounding wire)

(13) Connect the controller and watch the production effect. The light box shows that the assembly is completed after normal packaging with glue sticks.

(14) The three-in-one (five-way) controller outputs DC 220v, with red as the positive electrode, red as the positive electrode lead of the light bulb, yellow as the negative electrode lead of the light box, and three green wires, one for each color, are the negative electrodes running all over the floor. White is usually a bright negative electrode.

(15) Make 1-2 8mm water leakage holes at the lower end of the light box frame. According to the size of the light box, drill holes on the edge of the aluminum-plastic plate on one side of the aluminum material, and fix the aluminum-plastic plate with screws to prevent the panel from being deformed.

(20) The controller outputs 220v DC, so safety must be paid attention to in the production process. Do not operate when power is on.
