What kind of mirror is a car mirror?

About the landlord's concern about "what mirror is the rearview mirror?" The following is my personal opinion:

The car mirror is a flat mirror;

1. There are mainly two kinds of rearview mirrors. One is a flat mirror, which, as its name implies, is flat. Like ordinary household mirrors, it can obtain images with the same visual size. This kind of plane mirror is often used as an interior rearview mirror;

2. The other is convex mirror, which is spherical and has different radii of curvature. Its image is smaller than that of visual inspection, but its field of view is large, like the role of a camera "wide-angle mirror". This convex mirror is often used as an outer rearview mirror and a lower rearview mirror;

3. Light passenger cars such as cars are generally equipped with exterior rearview mirrors and interior rearview mirrors, and large commercial vehicles (buses and trucks) are generally equipped with exterior rearview mirrors, lower rearview mirrors and interior rearview mirrors.
