1. Material requirements

2. Construction preparation

(1) elevation detection point: fix φ 12 steel bar on the original concrete surface with expansion bolts, and the height exceeds the structural surface 150mm, level it with a spirit level, set out a line of+100mm on the steel bar (including columns and walls) and clearly mark it with red paint.

② Setting of ash cake of fine stone concrete: according to the completed elevation detection points, set up elevation control points of fine stone concrete with the size of 30*30, and paste white tiles on them (usually taken out), with the elevation accuracy controlled at -5mm~+2mm, and it is forbidden to exceed the height to prevent the concrete surface from protruding.

(3) Before the concrete is cast, the impurities on the original concrete surface should be removed, and the water should be wetted one day in advance (the person in charge), and the accumulated water should be removed before the concrete is cast.

(4) Sufficient vibrating tools shall be provided, with no less than 3 plug-in vibrators and no less than 1 plate vibrators, and spare ones shall be provided (no less than 1 vibrator of various models and no less than1plate vibrators).

3. Concrete is poured and compacted.

① Concrete transportation: two concrete pumps and trolleys are used for horizontal transportation.

(2) Elevation control: based on the elevation points on the original concrete slab, leveling with 3m aluminum alloy scraper, rolling repeatedly with iron bar (not less than 3 times), removing laitance and bleeding, leveling with aluminum alloy scraper, and filling the lower part with concrete. After the initial water collection, level it with a wooden wipe for about 2 hours, take out the tiles on the standard control points, and drive the detection steel bars at the control elevation into the concrete; During the above operation, the surface error is controlled at+10mm, and it is corrected with a level.

(3). Die casting concrete

A) Treatment of water and mortar wetting the pump pipe: firstly, extend the pump pipe out of the concrete pouring range, drain the water, put the mortar into a container (wooden box made of formwork), and spread it on the surface of concrete to be poured, with the thickness not greater than10 mm. ..

B) concrete vibrating? : First, use an internal vibrator to vibrate with the discharge of the concrete pump. 1 hour later, vibrate with a flat vibrator.

C) Drainage treatment: Before the flat vibrator vibrates, dig several small ditches with a shovel to drain the accumulated water. At the same time, smooth it with wood, and then remove the accumulated water again with plastic water pipes, buckets and buckets.

D) Prevention of cold joint: In order to prevent accidents (such as mechanical failure, pump pipe blockage, etc.), when the pump pipe is erected, it is considered to lay a 200-high horse stool under nine splints with a width of 1200mm under the pump pipe, keeping the channel width not less than 800mm, and increasing it by 2,000×1.. And equipped with 4 ~ 10 hand dump truck, manual transportation of concrete, pouring concrete width control in 300 ~ 500 mm. If it is difficult to eliminate the fault for a while, a circulation channel will be set up to increase the number of transport personnel and vehicles.

4. Safeguard measures

(1) Lighting: dysprosium lamps, 6-8 (stationary) iodine tungsten lamp lamps, 4 mobile iodine tungsten lamp lamps and several (standby) lamps are arranged at the four corners of the application range.

(2) column angle treatment: pop up the elevation control line of+100mm on the steel bars at the four corners of the column in advance, and after confirming that the elevation of the column line is correct, level it with a wooden mold to ensure that the four corners of the column mouth must be flush and beautiful.

(3) The expansion joint cover bracket shall be installed before the concrete is poured on the floor (construction by other units).

(4) The scope of concrete pouring must be determined according to the initial setting time of concrete, the leveling work of concrete and the construction time of wear-resistant ground, and the scope should not be too large.
