Many people go to Bashang grassland when they go to Fengning, but I want to say: Fengning-not-only-dam-up-ah!

After arriving in Fengning, it is recommended to go to the Manchu Museum in Fengning County. Fengning is a Manchu autonomous county. The Manchu Museum displays local folk customs and so on. There are more than 1, pieces of cultural relics in its collection, mainly including four exhibition halls, namely, Fengning Historical and Cultural Exhibition of "Hu Riding and Military Horse", Manchu Folk Exhibition of "Manchu Banner Saying Fengning", Chengde Educated Youth Cultural Exhibition of "Years Without Regret" and Guo Xiaochuan Former Residence Memorial Hall.

Fengning also has geological landscape. A large number of remains of ice mortar have been found in the area of Lama Mountain in Fengning, which is the remains of ancient glaciers. In the late Quaternary Glacier, the melted glaciers with ice debris and debris dripped through the rocks from top to bottom along the glacier cracks, forming pits of different sizes. The Lama Mountain is known as "the first moulin park in China", and the moulins are mainly distributed in ridges, peaks and foothills. Prayer Beads Cavern is the first scenic spot in the Lama Mountain, which impressed me deeply. In the conventional sense, climbing a mountain is climbing outside, and this is climbing in a mountain. It is not enough to crawl between the cracks of rocks in the mountain. In some places, you even have to hold a flashlight in your mouth. Very strange mountain climbing experience.

finally, let's talk about grasslands. You must visit the grassland when you arrive at Bashang. From Fengning, you can take the shuttle bus to the big beach, and along the way, you will begin to see the grassland landforms. In fact, the grassland on Fengning Dam is not as good as Saihanba in the paddock, but there are many water sources on Fengning Dam. Personally, I suggest taking a ring road after arriving in Fengning, and continuing westward from the big beach in Fengning to the Lightning River. There is a dressing building for Yuan Dynasty relics, which is the cemetery of Yuan Dynasty nobles. Then, take a walk from the lightning river through Guyuan, Guyuan enters the grassland Tianlu from Huapiling to the south, and comes out from Yehuling in the south of Zhangbei County. After coming out, you can go north to Zhangbei to rest, or you can drive back to Beijing directly. It is much more interesting to take a ring road like this than to turn back to Fengning County.
