Before checking the brake, please carefully wipe off the dust on the master cylinder to prevent the dust from falling into the oil storage tank. Remove fasteners (usually pins) and covers. For the graduated measuring cylinder, keep the liquid level 6 mm from the top of the measuring cylinder. If there is a scale, just keep the liquid level above the scale. If the master cylinder needs to be refueled, please add heavy-duty brake oil conforming to DOT3 or DOT4 specifications. There are high and low grades of brake fluid. The higher the grade of brake fluid, the better the safety and supportability. In addition, because the brake fluid is very corrosive, wear gloves when operating. Brake fluid can also damage the top coat, so try to avoid brake fluid getting on the paint.

In the process of checking the brake system, some precautions are also important. The first is not to inhale asbestos dust. When using dry brush or compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the braking system, it will raise dust, which is easy to damage health because it is easy to contain asbestos fibers. Dust and dirt should be treated with a vacuum cleaner specially designed to remove asbestos, and dust-proof mode should be used. If there is no vacuum cleaner, the brake assembly should be kept in a well-ventilated place and wear an approved respirator.

Brake maintenance and suspension maintenance are very important. First of all, car owners should pay attention to some details during driving. Due to the high content of metal powder and coarse particles, hard brake pads will produce weak sound when driving, which is normal.
