We started working on Global Sources in late March and early April, which is a one-star project. Because we've done so many platforms, Universal is really annoying by comparison. I don’t know if other blessing friends have the following questions:

1. Originally, we all had beautiful, very clear pictures. But as soon as it is uploaded to the backend of Global Sources, the picture displayed is quite blurry and ugly. We have never had this phenomenon on other platforms. Moreover, I have looked at the web pages of many companies around the world, and the product pictures are all very blurry. Even the big picture is blurry and the product doesn't look high-end at all.

2. No platform has ever required so many images. You can’t add your company’s logo, you can’t add a watermark, or even. . . Even the product number cannot be placed on the picture. Also, the background should not be too flowery or the color should not be too dark. In short, this will not work and that will not work. Then our pictures will be changed into a mess, and the bottom will be cut out, and the cut will be very unclean, and the edges will be messy. Sometimes even part of the product is deducted. In addition, you cannot require too many products on one picture. . . At that time, I asked customer service, are we spending so much money to meet the needs of your staff? Or are we sending products to customers? Simply speechless! !

3. Reviewing products is quite slow! Three working days is already very slow, but it is still not on time. Sometimes it takes four or five days without passing the review. I called to hurry up and was told that it would be expedited for me, but I still couldn’t get online!

4. Page refresh is troublesome. After our new products are online, when we search for our company on the homepage and enter our homepage, the newly online products are still not displayed. We must constantly refresh the page and delete the browsing history before they can appear. I would like to ask, which customer can go to such trouble to find suppliers every day? Business. I just opened it and clicked on the one that suited me. No one is so patient. . .

5. The web page opens very slowly. To release a product, it often takes half a day to submit, and after a long time of submission, the page will be displayed for too long, resulting in nothing, and everything needs to be done again. Moreover, Universal’s web pages often cannot be opened. It's not my network problem. I've asked many people about this, and I have no problem opening other web pages.
