Are you optimistic about the integration of Ning, Zhen and Yang?

Frankly speaking, I am not very optimistic.

I think I am qualified to say this question: I am from Xuzhou. I went to college in Nanjing in 1998 and began to work and live in Zhenjiang in 2002 (my father graduated from Jiangsu University, formerly Zhenjiang Agricultural Machinery College), and rarely went to Yangzhou (but my mother graduated from Yangzhou University, formerly Nanjing Agricultural University Animal Husbandry College), which can also explain some problems.

My feeling for so many years is that there is no special connection between people in these three places.

First, education. When I was in college, Zhenjiang was the school with the least registered population. My wife is my classmate, from Zhenjiang. According to her own statistics, there are only four people such as Danyang Jurong. Of course, the total number of students in our school was relatively small that year, but the proportion was really too low. My wife said that Zhenjiang people prefer to be admitted to local universities and universities in Shanghai, and have no idea about going to Nanjing for college. (I went to Jiangsu University two days ago and saw the honor list of Jingjiang College's successful postgraduate entrance examination this year. Of more than 40 people, only two were admitted to Nanjing. )

I didn't pay much attention to Yangzhou students in those years, but as far as my familiar classmates are concerned, Baoying only has 1 person, and the urban area 1 person, which is not high.

It can be seen that around 2000, at least in our school, I didn't feel any special feelings and connections from Ning Zhenyang.

Secondly, talk about real estate. I have many relatives, teachers, classmates and colleagues in the same system in Nanjing. I know at least dozens of them, but none of them bought a house in Zhenjiang (excluding Zhenjiang people who work in Nanjing). On the other hand, Zhenjiang people who work in Zhenjiang seldom go to Nanjing to buy a house (they can't afford it now).

Third, talk about work. I can only talk about this system. Although it is close to Nanjing, it is obvious that Zhenjiang is not liked by Nanjing. There are few activities in Zhenjiang, few leaders, less contacts between peers, less praise and more criticism.

Fourth, talk about daily life. There is no doubt that Nanjing still has the advantage of being a provincial capital. Apart from Shanghai, Nanjing is Zhenjiang people's favorite place to see a doctor. For example, parents like Nanjing Children's Hospital, and provincial people's hospital is also very popular. Xinjiekou and Hunan Road also left many Zhenjiang people shopping. But there have been many commercial complexes in Zhenjiang in recent years. I don't know if there is any shopping tide returning.

Zhenjiang Wanda, occasionally see Yangzhou license plate.

Fifth, talk about traffic. There are indeed many people in Yangzhou at Zhenjiang Station of intercity railway. When Yangzhou people go to Nanjing and Shanghai, most of them have to take Runyang Bridge, so Yangzhou media are very concerned about the construction of river-crossing passages. They usually report the news of Lian Zhen Railway first, but Zhenjiang is not very enthusiastic.

Zhenjiang people fly, and many people go to Lukou Airport. But I don't have any information I don't know which Zhenjiang people like best, Hongqiao or Lukou. But what is certain is that few people go to Yangzhou Taizhou Airport.

Finally, talk about the grievances of the three places. I used to like watching Jiangsu City Forum, but I always watched Meng Xi Forum instead of Yangzhou Forum. I found that Yangzhou and Zhenjiang prefer to fight and despise each other, while Nanjing is detached, or Zhenjiang and Yangzhou are basically out of his sight. It can be said that there is no feeling in three places.

Finally, to sum up my opinion-all successful urban integration is not because of an administrative order. Shanghai, Suzhou, a Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, is formed spontaneously mainly for economic reasons and has its endogenous motivation. And Ning Zhenyang? Frankly speaking, I didn't see it.

PS: Few people answered this question, which in itself means that no one pays attention. So let's break up. ...

Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu Province, has unique conditions. Developing Nanjing-centered metropolitan area is the direction of future urban economic development.

The integration of Ning, Zhen and Yang is the first regional urbanization development plan in Jiangsu Province. The integration scope of Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou is the whole of the three cities, with an area of 1.7 million square kilometers. There are 3 prefecture-level cities (1.7 municipal districts), 5 county-level cities (Gaoyou, Yizheng, Danyang, Yangzhong and Jurong) and 65,438 Baoying.

Yangzhou has unique tourism resources and convenient transportation, and Zhenjiang is also close to the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Economic Belt.

From the perspective of national strategy, Ningzhenyang plate is at the intersection of many national strategies, such as Yangtze River Delta integration, Jiangsu Yangtze River Economic Belt, Jiangsu coastal area development, and national Nanjing Jiangbei New District development strategy.

For the above reasons, I like it!

At present, Nanjing is the loudest place to shout "integration of Nanjing and Yangzhou", and both Zhenjiang and Yangzhou have shown indifferent attitudes, because Zhenjiang and Yangzhou are close to Shanghai, and flying Hongqiao and Pudong Airport are cheaper. Nanjing Liuhe Airport is not so much in Nanjing as in Anhui, and the main airport of no province has ever been built near the remote provincial boundary. Hospitals in Shanghai have a higher technical level, so there are naturally more choices for shopping in Shanghai. Only Nanjing has been a little breathless by Su Xichang in recent years, and its position as the boss is in jeopardy. In the past, Nanjing has been pulling a group of younger brothers from Anhui to play, but unfortunately Anhui's younger brothers are too weak to become a climate. Now I hope to pull Zhenjiang and Yangzhou, two big GDP countries, to strengthen myself, but I am helpless and heartless. After years of old age and death, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou have no sense of belonging to Nanjing, and the integration of Nanjing, Town and Yang is more just Nanjing's wishful thinking! Maybe the road will merge in the future, but I am not optimistic about whether the economy can really merge!

I come from Yangzhou. First of all, people who are not optimistic about the integration of Ning, Zhen and Yang must be from Zhenjiang and Nanjing, because Yangzhou will definitely benefit the most from the integration of Ning, Zhen and Yang. The economic level of Yangzhou has always been moderate in Jiangsu, and the life of Yangzhou people is also happy-go-lucky. Yangzhou has few listed companies.

This integration, Yangzhou geographical location is very cheap, there is Hefei next to Nanjing, Zhenjiang has nothing! Danyang people never say that they are from Zhenjiang, but they all say that they are from Changzhou.

Yangzhou has a large area, flat terrain and good environment. If it is integrated, the labor force in Yangzhou will definitely increase greatly. No matter how much money is available, the living environment chosen by human beings will definitely take the initiative to choose. It doesn't matter how much money you spend to support the northwest.

Why Yangzhou has developed well with so many years of useless support, and its geographical environment is superior. I went to Nanjing once a year and found that the development was out of shape. The population density is a bit high, and there is almost no farmland.

It is a pity that if Nanjing wants to develop, heavy industry will move out, but as a provincial government, it is impossible to move out to other provinces like Hefei. Only by moving to the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Yangzhou will always be the first choice.

But as a common people, I also want to say that I can't say how much I can benefit.

I am from Zhejiang, and I like to pay attention to the future development strategy of big cities. I think the city map of Nanjing will be merged into Zhenjiang Yangzhou in 10 years; After 20 years, it was incorporated into Maanshan Chuzhou. By then, it will be a real big Nanjing. Similarly, Hangzhou in the future will be merged into Shaoxing, Huzhou and Jiaxing, but Jiashan, Pinghu and Jiaxing will be merged into Shanghai.

It is not that we are not optimistic, but that Jiangsu Province must speed up the merger of Ning and Zhen, otherwise Jiangsu will be completely defeated in the competition of national central cities in the future! Nanjing, with the smallest area and the least population among the provincial capital cities, has created a total value of one trillion yuan, second only to Guangzhou in per capita, but it can't stand the efforts of other provinces to make it a provincial capital city. For example, if GDP is backward, Chengdu will be annexed in neighboring cities, such as directly splitting a prefecture-level city, Chaohu, and merging it into Anhui Province in Hefei.

If Nanjing really wants to make great achievements, the integration of "Ning Zhen Yang" is not the first choice. Only by merging Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou into "Greater Nanjing" is the best choice to play the role of Nanjing as a central city and "primacy". Moreover, the administrative region of Nanjing ranks second from the bottom among the provincial capital cities in China, which needs to be expanded objectively. Of course, this involves the adjustment of administrative divisions, the balance of interests of all parties, and the resolution of various contradictions. It is very difficult, but as long as we set a goal and actively strive for it, it is understandable. Moreover, the total area of Ningzhenyang is 1.7 million square kilometers, which is only equivalent to Hangzhou (slightly larger than Hangzhou) and the population is about 1.6 million. This kind of city is similar in size to other provincial capital cities, and it is also suitable as the capital of the second largest economic province in China after Guangdong.

Give someone a hollow grab to eat? Let the two cities do 250? Adding icing on the cake, northern Jiangsu, which was built in the south of the Yangtze River, has the smallest territory and is crowded in a corner to stare and drink vinegar? A man who was kicked by Slender West Lake and choked on water? Would you rather be like Shanghai and Hangzhou, and the surrounding cities are looking forward to the merger? Both have good places, just remember. Who doesn't hate Ning? Ask twelve cities?

First, I am not optimistic about this integration, because these three cities are too far away, with the gap of the Yangtze River and natural barriers. This is the fatal point of urban integration and there is basically no possibility of integration. You can look at the map below. Nanjing is far from Zhenjiang, Zhenjiang is far from Yangzhou, and the Yangtze River is not close in a straight line. Anyone who has taken the train knows that the time from Nanjing Station to Zhenjiang Station is very long, 75.7 kilometers, and from Nanjing to Yangzhou is 10 1 km, because it is far away. But also Shanghai, from Kunshan to Suzhou. Look at this distance again, it's quite close! So you work in Shanghai, but if you can't afford a house in Shanghai, you can really buy a house in Kunshan and commute by high-speed train every day. In reality, you will find that some people do this, and there are quite a few! Let me tell you the distance between these three cities. Personally, I think there is basically no such condition.

Second, Jiangsu Province is a coastal province in China and the second largest province with the strongest economic development in China, but it is not a national first-tier city. The economy of Nanjing, the provincial capital, has always been lower than that of Suzhou, and the level of economic development is not much higher than that of Zhenjiang and Yangzhou. The economic aggregate is small, so it lacks corresponding attraction, and it is difficult to form a relatively large driving role for cities like Zhenjiang and Yangzhou. Generally speaking, integration needs a central leading city, but which of these three cities is the main city? As mentioned above, the economic level of Nanjing is not much higher than that of Zhenjiang, Yangzhou. In terms of wealth, Zhenjiang in Yangzhou may be higher than Nanjing in some respects. So its integration prospect is not very good.

Third, if you want to make Nanjing metropolitan area bigger and stronger, then you may need to better divide the urban planning around Nanjing, including the division of regions and the division of labor among cities. , complementary advantages, clear division of labor, * * * common development. Maanshan and Chuzhou in Anhui are called the front and back gardens of Nanjing. Nanjing is surrounded by these two cities, and urban integration will inevitably be greatly affected, because after all, it is inter-provincial and different provinces and cities have different needs. Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu Province, and some people in Jiangsu Province say that Nanjing is the capital of Anhui Province. It's not unreasonable, but it makes sense. Speaking of integration, I am more optimistic about the integration of Maanshan in Nanjing. After all, the distance between cities is there. Nanjing Maanshan is 57.9 kilometers. Integration mainly depends on the spatial distance between cities. If Maanshan and Chuzhou are placed under the jurisdiction of Nanjing, Nanjing will really be like a duck to water, and the development space will be further expanded. It can be said that it is not impossible for Nanjing to become a megacity in China.

It is nonsense or hooliganism to talk about history and then predict the future.

After China, there will be 7- 10 megalopolis. This trend is too obvious. Nanjing is definitely one of them, so there is no doubt about this integration. Better jobs in the future will be in these big cities.
