How to back up qq chat messages?

1. Open the main menu in QQ, and then click Message Manager in the pop-up menu.

2. Find any chat record with others in the pop-up window, right-click on it, and then click "Export Message Record" in the pop-up menu.

3. Select the location to save the chat record in the pop-up window, then enter the file name, and finally click Save until the progress bar is completed.

4. Copy the backed-up file to any other computer, then log in to QQ, open the message manager in the same way, find it at the top and click the drop-down arrow.

5. Find and click "Import Message Record" in the pop-up menu.

6. Check the message record in the pop-up window, and then click Next.

7. Check Import from the specified file, click Browse, select the previously backed-up file in the pop-up window, click Open, and finally click Import until the progress bar is completed.
