This is my first time working in a large company with a thousand employees. It is a new starting point and a challenge for me. It meant a lot to me and was a turning point. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to the Huawei team and be responsible for Huawei's products. This made me a little happy, but also felt a lot of pressure. This requires you to use a more rigorous and meticulous work attitude and devote yourself to your work with fuller enthusiasm. On the contrary, this allowed me to grow faster and adapt to the new working environment faster.

Team spirit. At work, I deeply understand the importance of teamwork. We are like screws. If any one is missing, the machine may malfunction. Only through close cooperation between departments can the company operate in an orderly manner, and our own value can be realized and play a greater role.

To forge iron, you need to be hard-working. As an engineering technician, it is the last word to continuously strengthen your professional knowledge. What Director Liu said at the weekly meeting impressed me deeply. He said: "Strong engineering means strong production!" As the technical support of the production department, the engineering department is the guarantee of production efficiency and product quality.

I am also well aware of my shortcomings in professional skills. For this reason, I must continue to learn, recharge myself, and make myself stronger, so that I can better serve production and demonstrate my own value.

My work plan:

1. Strictly demand myself, restrain myself, be responsible for myself and the company.

2. Obey superiors’ arrangements and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.

3. Have the courage to face problems when encountering them, do not avoid problems, actively communicate and coordinate with colleagues in various departments to find the most appropriate solution, and avoid the recurrence of the same problems.

4. Write a work diary half an hour before leaving get off work every day, summarize the day's work, and arrange the work tasks for the next day.

5. Think more about issues from a leadership level, cultivate your own overall view, and improve your management capabilities.

The above is a summary of my work during this period. These three months have made me feel a lot. I am grateful to the company for providing such a big platform and giving me many opportunities to learn and grow. I am always grateful.

First of all, I would like to thank Manager Zhang Jishan for bringing me into Shuangyi and giving me a lot of guidance on work, so that I can quickly get started and become familiar with the work at hand. Next is Director Liu. Although Mr. Liu has strict requirements for his subordinates and is meticulous in his work, he is approachable, humorous and caring about the growth of his subordinates outside of work.

I am also very grateful to my colleagues in the department. Thank you for your usual care and guidance for me, which enabled me to quickly integrate into the team and improve my abilities in all aspects quickly.

In my future work, I still have a lot to improve, and I need to continue to study hard and exercise.
