2, look down on the world of mortals and feel at ease.

There is much ado about nothing in the world. As long as you feel at ease and look down on the world of mortals, you will not be happy wherever you go.

All the troubles in my heart are weeds.

Many times, you feel that the emotions in your heart are the most important at the moment, and you are helpless and powerless. In fact, those disturbances are weeds. Only by clearing the weeds in your heart and sowing virtue and wisdom can you get a peace.

Wisdom comes from the heart, and everywhere is heaven; If you are stupid, you will suffer everywhere.
