How to replace led lamp beads

Generally, LED lights are not on. Often, one or several lamp beads in the series circuit of LED lamp beads are burnt out, which leads to the LED circuit board being broken, thus leading to the phenomenon that the whole lamp is not lit or slightly bright and flickering. For burnt lamp beads, we can find out the bad lamp beads by careful observation. There are black spots on the burnt lamp beads, so it is convenient to repair and replace the lamp beads after finding them.

Next, let's talk about the operation steps of changing lamp beads:

First of all, after the switch is turned on for 25-30 seconds, the constant temperature heating table can raise the temperature to 250 10℃, and the LED light source sheet made of LED aluminum substrate or glass fiber board will not damage the LED lamp beads if heated for a short time;

Then, keep the maintenance part of the LED lamp piece close to the heating table for about 10 second. After the solder paste of the welded lamp bead is melted, the lamp bead can be easily removed and replaced with tweezers. First, remove the broken lamp beads one by one, and then replace the prepared lamp bead spare parts (the lamp beads can be removed from some abandoned LED light sources in advance to turn waste into treasure as spare lamp beads) one by one. Pay attention to the positive and negative directions of LED beads when replacing.

Finally, after replacing the lamp beads, move the maintenance parts away from the heating platform for 3-5 seconds. After the LED aluminum substrate or glass fiber board is cooled, the solder paste solidifies and automatically welds the lamp beads.

The heating table can be used on both sides, and can be selected according to the actual situation of LED lamp board size.
